Allego’s conversation intelligence platform allows me as a busy Sales Leader to get quicker insights into deals my reps are working, enables us to share best practices across a growing team, and it’s coaching features means we can accelerate how quickly our new hires get up to speed. We also use their Digital Sales Rooms which are not just easy for our team to create and customise, but are helping us accelerate deals with accounts which have notoriously been difficult to break into. I find that the ease of use along with its user friendly interface make this a great information resource. The ability to quickly impliment customer presentations for specific customers and then easily integrate that into a sales meeting is incredibly useful in a day when business has to be able to move quickly. I also really like the metrics that are offered in that we have the ability to track who has been accessing it. This allows us to know how effective and how frequently the information we are sharing is being used by our customers. For me I think the biggest downside is there is almost too much it can do so it can get a little overwhelming to try to wrap my brain around everything. I think having some simple training videos for beginners to help get started would be great. Maybe have a whole series ranging from simple beginner videos to some more advanced capabilities to more expert capabilities would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allego is a great single hub for marketing collateral, training materials including videos, and the latest feature we've utilized, Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs). The latter are quick-to-assemble custom websites that we can create for individual prospects or customers. Search features are strong, and being able to share and update collateral seamlessly is a huge plus. Plus so far, support has been quick to respond to any issues we encounter! There's a small learning curve with the interface. Also, editing collections or DSRs feels somewhat clunky - the interface is slow to respond and my dragging-and-dropping often lands in the wrong place because the mouse seems to be moving through sticky caramel. Allego excels in providing a robust platform for sales enablement, training and buyer engagement. This tool is particularly useful for ongoing learning and development, allowing teams to learn content, and test comprehension. The optional video recordings for practicing presentation skills is a really great way to practice what you've learned while managers have the ability to review, critique, and provide feedback in a collaborative way. Our enablement team appreciates how well it tracks learning progress and performance analytics, offering valuable insights into how training impacts outcomes. From a buyer engagement perspective, its a game changer have a central hub where buyers can find all pertinent information related to the evaluation of our products that they can quickly and easily reference including demos, white papers and additional resources. We moved to Allego from a different platform almost 2 years ago. The transition has been smooth and the advancements that we have made with our new hire training and professional development of our Sales rep have been impactful. The learning curve for the end user (sales reps) was minimal. We have been able to integrate the platform into many of our sales strategies. Allego offers a variety of learning styles available that allow for customized learning paths. Which is increasing the frequency of utilization Allego by the field. Allego is really smart and at the same time a modern solution to uplift sales. It keeps my team working together and connect with me larger number of customers. Allego provides a practice environment that can closely mirror the real world of a sale rep. Through their Ai tools to their watch/records, sales reps can practice messaging, receive instant coaching, and upskill on their product or clinical acumen before heading out to a call. Creating exams/quizzes is quite laborious. There isn't a way to bulk upload questions; you have to copy/paste questions.
I would also like to see newsletters that push out more Ai features. I can't always make the monthly calls with Allego, and can learn so much faster if there were quick blurbs sent out. Maybe I'm just not subscribed to something that is already available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team has been using Allego for close to 2 years and it has proven to be a tremendous tool for supporting our sales team and ultimatley driving sales. Our team members can quickly and easily access relevant documents that support their daily activities. Taking it a step further, this platform also allows us to provide enhanced presentations and tools directly to our customers while tracking their participation.
