What do you like best about Allego?

Allego’s conversation intelligence platform allows me as a busy Sales Leader to get quicker insights into deals my reps are working, enables us to share best practices across a growing team, and it’s coaching features means we can accelerate how quickly our new hires get up to speed. We also use their Digital Sales Rooms which are not just easy for our team to create and customise, but are helping us accelerate deals with accounts which have notoriously been difficult to break into. What do you dislike about Allego?

What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, I would have very little visibility into the sales conversations my team were having, particularly challenging with a remote team. It made coaching difficult, as so much was reliant on filtered feedback and deal reviews and meant I couldn’t react quicker to help the team with obstacles they were facing. Allego gives me the rapid insight into their conversations to helps me act quicker and with data. We also had challenges ramping and onboarding new hires. Now new hires can simply go into Allego and binge watch best practice calls from different stages of the sales cycle, to enable them to become proficient on talk tracks, common objections, and competitive positioning. We also used to have a problem keeping our prospects engaged following on from meeting them. We often didn’t know how engaged they were in deals or which stakeholders were making decisions behind the scenes. Allego’s Digital Sales Rooms helps us do much more effective ‘meeting follow up’, as well as give our team insights into buyer intent and engagement. What do you like best about Allego?

I find that the ease of use along with its user friendly interface make this a great information resource. The ability to quickly impliment customer presentations for specific customers and then easily integrate that into a sales meeting is incredibly useful in a day when business has to be able to move quickly. I also really like the metrics that are offered in that we have the ability to track who has been accessing it. This allows us to know how effective and how frequently the information we are sharing is being used by our customers. I am still learning everything I can do with Allego but so far I am very impressed with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allego?

For me I think the biggest downside is there is almost too much it can do so it can get a little overwhelming to try to wrap my brain around everything. I think having some simple training videos for beginners to help get started would be great. Maybe have a whole series ranging from simple beginner videos to some more advanced capabilities to more expert capabilities would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allego?

Allego is a great single hub for marketing collateral, training materials including videos, and the latest feature we've utilized, Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs). The latter are quick-to-assemble custom websites that we can create for individual prospects or customers. Search features are strong, and being able to share and update collateral seamlessly is a huge plus. Plus so far, support has been quick to respond to any issues we encounter! What do you dislike about Allego?

There's a small learning curve with the interface. Also, editing collections or DSRs feels somewhat clunky - the interface is slow to respond and my dragging-and-dropping often lands in the wrong place because the mouse seems to be moving through sticky caramel. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storing, accessing, and updating marketing and training materials, plus of course the Digital Sales Rooms. What do you like best about Allego?

What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Medical device is a highly regulated space with it comes to sales interaction with HCPs. The ability to guide on best practices, dos and don'ts/cheat sheets for success. Also the ability to push mandatory training annually or assign to new employees is key. What do you like best about Allego?

The contents are well thought and appropritate and fits with common sense.

I have gone through the Negotiation skill training program by Rain Group.

It has given very good insight in Negotiation skills.

What do you like best about Allego?

Allego excels in providing a robust platform for sales enablement, training and buyer engagement. This tool is particularly useful for ongoing learning and development, allowing teams to learn content, and test comprehension. The optional video recordings for practicing presentation skills is a really great way to practice what you've learned while managers have the ability to review, critique, and provide feedback in a collaborative way. Our enablement team appreciates how well it tracks learning progress and performance analytics, offering valuable insights into how training impacts outcomes. From a buyer engagement perspective, its a game changer have a central hub where buyers can find all pertinent information related to the evaluation of our products that they can quickly and easily reference including demos, white papers and additional resources. What do you dislike about Allego?

The first time I setup a Digitial Resource Room (buyer engagement room), it was a learning curve but that's to be expected with any new software. Once you create your first room, you can clone elements or pages so you don't need to start from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's keeping all training in a central repository. You can see assignments that need to be completed (and the % complete) or you review content that you've already completed. It's so helpful rather than trying to remember who sent the email about a certain product enablement.

It's setting us apart from the competition from an engagement perspective and adding an additional level of professionalism and care. Our sales cycle can be lengthy so its really beneficial to have this central source of truth for our buyers to have access to and to share with additional team members so everyone can stay informed. What do you like best about Allego?

We moved to Allego from a different platform almost 2 years ago. The transition has been smooth and the advancements that we have made with our new hire training and professional development of our Sales rep have been impactful. The learning curve for the end user (sales reps) was minimal. We have been able to integrate the platform into many of our sales strategies. Allego offers a variety of learning styles available that allow for customized learning paths. Which is increasing the frequency of utilization Allego by the field. What do you like best about Allego?

Allego is really smart and at the same time a modern solution to uplift sales. It keeps my team working together and connect with me larger number of customers. What do you like best about Allego?

Allego provides a practice environment that can closely mirror the real world of a sale rep. Through their Ai tools to their watch/records, sales reps can practice messaging, receive instant coaching, and upskill on their product or clinical acumen before heading out to a call. What do you dislike about Allego?

Creating exams/quizzes is quite laborious. There isn't a way to bulk upload questions; you have to copy/paste questions.

I would also like to see newsletters that push out more Ai features. I can't always make the monthly calls with Allego, and can learn so much faster if there were quick blurbs sent out. Maybe I'm just not subscribed to something that is already available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rapdily training and upskilling a mass amount of people while allowing personalized learning pathways. It benefits me as we are alleviating some of the in-person time off of our Training Managers and we are able to create training that directly impacts sales and the bottom line. What do you like best about Allego?
