The bite-sized lessons are what I appreciate most. As a sales agent at Skylux Travel (and previously at ASAP Tickets, the sister company), I don’t have large blocks of free time. Mindtickle breaks everything into short, easy-to-digest modules that I can fit in between calls. The videos are also genuinely engaging, using a mix of elements like graphics and real-life scenarios to keep things interesting, so I never feel bored or overloaded.

Honestly, there’s nothing major to complain about. Sometimes I just wish there's a transcript for all the videos , but overall it’s been a solid platform for me.

The UI/UX experience has been flawless for me; everything feels well-thought-out, which minimises annoyance and maximises concentration on the subject matter.

The assigned courses are interesting and well-organised, breaking down difficult travel management ideas into manageable, understandable sessions. Instead than just helping me remember things, quizzes actually promote learning in useful ways. Lessons load swiftly, video material streams smoothly, and exams run without lag, demonstrating the platform's dependable performance even during periods of high activity.

Personalised learning pathways based on my position and experience level have been one of the most notable features. What I like best about Mindtickle is the transcription feature whereby one can access the written speech of the speaker in the video and one other feature that I like is the "In video test questions" where after a small portion of the question, a question with answer choices appears regarding the watched portion of the lesson.

What I dislike about mindtickle is some of the AI integrations put into it especially the one where for example in my customer service/ sales field requires me to have a conversation with an AI client that tests my speaking skills based on my training. Sometimes the AI model glitches mid test and one has to re-do the test assessment.

Mindtickle is breaking down difficult concepts with a huge learning curve into simple step by step lessons and with the help of those mini assessments (2-3 questions with answer choices) making learning fast and enjoyable hence saving time and energy needed to source and consume learning material since its simplified, structured and is all in one place.

What I like best about Mindtickle is how it keeps all training materials, videos, assessments, and process documentation in one place. It made onboarding and ongoing learning much more organized and easier to follow.

I also enjoyed the challenge and leaderboard feature, which allowed users to answer questions and see how they ranked against others in the organization. It added a fun, competitive element that kept training engaging.

The search functions are fast and include helpful filters that allow me to pinpoint exact documents instantly. The glitches, sometimes the answers are correct but AI knows them spelled different. The assessment glitches. Continuous like glitches. If you press it takes a while to select the answer. Sometimes resulting in wrong answer selection. The spelling is different or rather spacing and spacial cases.

I think the videos are made with artificial intelligence and often don't match, and the data or some features are somewhat incorrect.

I really value the coaching tools, which give clear visibility into performance and readiness, making coaching more targeted and effective. It helps create confidence across the team by ensuring everyone is aligned and prepared. The training is structured and role-based, which makes it easy to tailor learning paths for different roles or experience levels, which is quite helpful during onboarding and when rolling out new messaging and products. The coaching tools add another layer of value by enabling managers to reinforce learning through practice, feedback, and assessments.

**What do you dislike about Mindtickle?**

Because the platform is very robust, it can sometimes feel overly complex when you just need quick answers or fast updates. Pulling specific readiness or certification insights isn't always as intuitive as it could be. While the analytics are powerful, more sampled, role-specific dashboards would be helpful to see a quick snapshot of rep readiness without needing deep reporting expertise. The navigation could be simplified; with training programs, certifications, and coaching analytics in different sections, it can take time to remember where to go for specific actions. A more unified or guided workflow, especially for common tasks, would make the experience feel more intuitive. The initial setup requires some upfront time to get everything ready and aligned to the sales process, despite the onboarding support.

One of the things I like the most is that I can easily find all the courses, with their respective contents to develop them easily and intuitively. This is important because I can have the time to schedule the hours and the time I can dedicate to each of them, to the modules and evaluations. It benefits me because I can also have access to resume the course at any time and repeat it to improve my knowledge.
