**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is quite a comprehensive product, but we mostly use it to create DSRs to leverage the ability to better understand how prospects are interacting with the marketing and sales documents we share with them.

Previously, these documents were shared via email so we would lose track of what prospects were doing with them (for example, sharing a proposal with someone we had not met yet).

We have now the ability to see what's going on dnd this has been extremelly helpful for the BD team.

In addition to that, our experience with the Allego account management team has been very smooth and they have been great partners throughout.

Finally, it was very easy to rollout the product across the BD team and cost-wise, we've found Allego to be very competitive when compared to different providers.

All in, I definitely recommend checking them out if you believe your BD teams might benefit.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

It took me a bit to learn how to create DSRs, I think the tool could be a bit more intuitive.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego helps me better understand what marketing assets are resonating with prospects, but also helps the Bus Dev teams to understand how prospects are interacting with the content shared with them.

As Field Service Engineer I gained a lot of technical expertise from Allego in Agilent Technologies.

As far as I'm concerned, there should be more in-depth knowledge of the technology behind equipments

**What do you like best about Allego?**

I've honestly used a lot of different products and technology out there and all of them are focused on Sales Enablement but this one is so different.  Not only does it roll in Content Management, but it is truly one of the best, easiest to use platforms that I've ever used.  This needs to be in EVERY single company to be honest.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

The only thing I would say is the limitations with the Smart Panels and the Digital Sales Room banners, but that is very SMALL and my Customer Success Manager Caitie is ALWAYS willing to find workarounds for me.  Truthfully, if this is all I can find to dislike?  They are doing something right!  It's truly an incredible platform.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CONTENT MANAGEMENT - it is truly a gamecharger, so much so that when our company got acquired, instead of them forcing us to get rid of this, they are looking to implement Allego because they see the value and because our launch was such a success.

Multiple attempts of quizes should be reduced to 3 attempts, after failing 3 consective quizes, the user must rewatch the course again.

End-user always require a technical support from a technical specialist. Allego platform meets the requirement of the end-user.

Allego is easy to use and extremely user friendly. Their customer support team was incredibly responseive and helpful,, making the experience much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Allego to anyone looking for a user-friendly platform and a wealth of features.

There are no downsides in my personal experience.

Our problem is that most of our sales reps have little sales coaching in modern techniques. Allego allows us to access this sales coaching easier and reminds members that they still need to complete their task.

Allego's Digital Sales Room platform is very user friendly.  The templates they have created allowed me to create a Digital Sales Room in minutes.  In addition, the personal support you receive from Allego customer service is unmatched in the industry.

There is nothing I dislike about Allego or its platform.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a leadership development company and with each new cohort entering our programs I needed a customized website to house our dynamic program content(documents, videos, etc) as well as the ability to stay in communication with our customers through the same platform.  The Allego Digital Sales Room provides all of the capabilities I need to house various types of content and the messaging/chat capability allows me to stay in constant contact with our program attendees.  Not being a web designer, the templates Allego provides for Digital Sales Rooms allowed me to very easily design a custom experience for my attendees in minutes.  The platform is very user friendly and Allego's customer service agents were amazing to work with as I was learning to use the platform.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

The thing I like most is it is simple to use, the look and feel is awesome and the implmentation is absolutely incredible.  The customer service and support that you feel with this team is unmatched.  The platform itself is very adoptable from a sales prospective and while I initially got pushback from my team of 'ANOTHER TECHNOLOGY?!', Allego was welcomed with open arms and truly helped us get to a better place with selling, especially with the Digital Sales Rooms.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

One thing is the smart panels, I love them but I wish there was an easier way with page layouts.  Allego is very easy to use, however, it can be a little cumbersome having to create smart panels and templates.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped us solve the 'Where is my content' 'how is my content being used' problem.  We now have stats on what sales is using, what content is the best and also, in general, where everything lives.  We no longer have to look around.  We also have introduced Digital Sales Rooms and this has been a HUGE hit with the team.

Allego is mobile-first, so I am able to keep my team in the field. It also replaces multiple other platforms, so I am working with a single partner and can provide an integrated experience. The customer service has been second-to-none; I truly treat my account manager like a member of my own internal team.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

I would like to see the platform gain the ability to notify me or a dedicated trainer when someone has completed specific tasks. This isn't a big deal, however, and the team is constantly making enhancements.

Allego is my primary Learning Management System and video role play tool. I wanted an ability to keep all of my team in the field while providing high-quality training and coaching. Allego has delivered in full.

The common sense functionality of Allego's technology has been the best part of my experience so far.  The setup with easy and their response times to any questions that I have are prompt and detailed.  I use it everyday and my ability to customize each Digital Sales Room (DSR) that I create has really helped me differentiate my offerings and elevate how I am "showing up" to the Decision Makers that I contact: a modern organization with Business people vs. just another vendor with Sales people looking for places to put their stuff....

**What do you like best about Allego?**

All of our clients rave about the Allego platform because it's effective and so easy to use. Because of that, they use it frequently to integrate what they have learned. By using the various sales enablement features, they can more effectively implement what they have recently been taught. This is important because as a result, they are more effective at their role in sales. This is light years above what most of the competitors offer.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

After all my years using Allego, I have not found anything I dislike about their programs and platform. It's so easy to use and the level of customer support is superb. If I can find ways to help them improve, I'll share it, but it's a 10 out of 10 for me and my clients.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sales enablement  and DSR make sales coaching and traininng so much more effective for me and my clients. I've been training sales reps for over 30 years. Much of what they learn in a 2-3 day training module was forgotten after thirty days. But, with Allego's ease of use for sales enablement and reenforcing what they've learned, the retention rate is tremendously greater for many months. This helps my clients apply what they've learned and if they need to review, the Allego platform is easy to use to refresh their memory.

The tutorials and videos that explain the features are extremely fast, almost too fast. The detail is almost too high level to get a full understanding of all the features. Slow down and explain the wonderful features.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

The best part of our experience with Allego thus far has been the ease of implementation - and there are really two parts that deserve explaining. First is that the action of standing up the Allego solution across multiple business units and in multiple geographies has been very easy - that's due to their excellent blueprint for success and project management team - which has cleary been refined through years of best-practice management implementing for many other organizations. Second is that Allego was super intuitive and easy to use for our sales reps, literally from the moment we launched it. So I consider that part of the implementation process...we didn't have to convince reps to use the platform or overly train them, and that's huge.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

There's nothing specifically to dislike about Allego. We vetted the platform thoroughly (along with several others) prior to implementation, so we were very well aware of what its capabilities were and weren't from day one. Any challenges or concerns that have come up along the way have been met head-on and solved by Allego's customer success team - who are great to work with. Like any solution, you get out of it what you put in to it and you need to be prepared to support support it with dedicated internal resources.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allego is solving multiple problems for us currently. First, it's enabling us to house sales training/coaching and marketing/sales content together on one platform that we are abe to scale across mutiple business units and grographies in our organization. We have nearly 8,000 sellers and to be able to provide this content using one solution as the source of truth for our organization is critical. Second, it is energizing our marketing teams and our sales reps to create and deliver content that's more engaging than using traditional methods. Because the platform is so flexible and easy to use, it ecourages our commercial teams to think differently about unique ways to share content, which they are doing. And lastly, it's providing the metrics/analytics we need to make important decisons regarding the content we create...what's working, what's not, and what is having the most impact with not just our sales teams, but our customers.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Allego is an incredible sales enablement platform. The all-inclusive capabilities are tremendous for our sales team. This has allowed us to quickly and easily scale our training initiatives as well as expand our communication to our sales team. The coaching mechanisms to enhance our sales proficiency and effectiveness is bar none. The Allego support team was phenomenal in their support and ensuring our success with our teams. I have never worked with a vendor that was so engaged and supportive. The simplistic yet robustness of the platform is impressive and the best that i have seen. I was able to easily scale this platform globally across my sales organization.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

It is an expensive platform. Would be better if there were more creative packages available as far as pricing to make our larger enterprise entertain expansion and adoption.

Allego helped me scale training globally, there was also the problem of finding sales materials easily and allego allowed us to create a one-stop-shop for our sales team to quickly and easily find information and materials.

5 star customer support, handholding you every step of the way but in bitesize enough information. The whole process is easy. The use of the system is easy which makes integration easy.

If the panels were easier to edit that would be great, however support are great at doing this for you.

Customers can view all the publications and infomation in one place. It makes the sales process and aftersales process mum more consistent and useful to the customer.

Not able to reset the tracking toll if a team member have to redo a portion of the MSF course.

It's not Allego that solves the problem but the MSF content that allows a common language about the sales process. Allego is the tool that helps provide this change to the remote team using the same language.

Training the trainers is key to usage.  Allego doesn't work by itself and you MUST champion content from subject matter experts to keep fresh

Our new-hires have found Allego to be the MOST valuable tool to getting up to speed and supplementing their learning on products so it has been an invaluable onboarding tool. **What do you like best about Allego?**

While there is a significant amount of stuff to love about Allego, what I, and the users I support, love most about the platform is how overwhelmingly intuitive it is. While new programs or software can scare some users, Allego makes it seem as if you've always known just how to use it, you just didn't have the platform. Simply put, Allego does what you expect it to do. Want to download a file? Right-click and download it. Want to share with others? Click share with users. The fact that Allego feels familiar and acts as you expect has saved us countless hours in trainings and in questions. Our users spend more time getting things done and almost no time wondering how to do it. I've so rarely found such intuitiveness in other platforms and software I've worked with professionally.

**What do you dislike about Allego?**

Honestly, there really isn't anything to dislike about Allego. Allego is a fluid platform, changing and growing as technologies and the needs of their users arise. What Allego was capable of when we adopted the system is so very different from what it is capable of now, in a great way, and I suspect it will have more and more capabilities as the months and years pass. Allego, moreso than any vendor I've worked with previously, listens to their customers, prioritizing the needs that are mentioned and focusing on growing as requested, not simply growing according to their own goals.

**What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had found that our sales teams were oftentimes working in siloes, either isolated from other teams, isolated from each other, or both. We saw that this led to repetition of mistakes, the lack of knowledge being shared appropriately, and a general lack of significant growth among both individuals and teams entirely. Allego has helped us to solve all of these issues. Through the platform, teams can interact among their own teams as well as the division as a whole. We are seeing information and knowledge being shared between users that would otherwise never meet, leaving comments on videos or answering questions in a public way, allowing for others to get that information as well. We are able to identify what our users are consuming and what they aren't, allowing us to better cater our developments to suit what they want most. And as new ideas or concerns arise, Allego consistently helps us to fill those gaps and deliver for our teams.

The reinforcement Allego provides is unmatched and helps Sales Representatives truly retain what they are learning. It is app-based and meets people where they spend most of their time -- on their phones!

Anything I dislike has more to do with my own learning curve than the actual platform. It is a time commitment to learn and to shift your own thinking around reinforcement but the time invested is well worth it.

The problem for me as a Trainer is the ability and bandwidth to reinforce as often and consistently as sales teams need. With flash drills, testing, and video reinforcements dropped into User's phones, this helps make my training courses stick and makes the training more memorable. It solves the issues of the forgetting curve and creates the reinforcement needed. Conversation Intelligence also solves the issue of listening to audio calls the old painful way. By seeing exactly where conversations are happening, I can maximize the time I invest listening to recorded calls.

**What do you like best about Allego?**

Our team put together an exhaustive list of items we were looking for in an LMS and Allego ticked all the boxes. Additionally, their Sales and Sales Engineer teams were easy to work with and supported our plans and timeline for growth. Once we began the implementation, their Customer Success team worked with us to not only migrate information into the LMS but challenged us to reimagine how we could offer more engaging and impactful training using all that Allego offers. 

For our new hire program, Allego provides us more ways to test knowledge acquisition and to continually reinforce that learning. And we have much richer insights into our new hires' progress with the analytics and reporting. With our former LMS, new hires were often confused on their status, and would miss action items and deadlines. Now they know exactly what is expected of them and when. Before Allego, some new hires were taking up to 13 weeks to complete our 6-week onboarding program. We're happy to say that with Allego in place, the average completion is now 5 - 6 weeks—a huge win for our employees, managers, and the business as a whole. 

We also appreciate that we can have one platform for learning and content.

It took some time to learn the hierarchy and structure of the LMS and how to organize content. 

We've encountered some limitations but are working with the Customer Success team to address.

Sales Enablement used SkillJar for our Learning Management System (LMS). Due to the limitations of SkillJar, Sales Enablement also invested in Enboarder, a sales engagement tool, which guideed new hires through their new hire training, and allowed them to access materials and
assets that sit outside of Imperva University and complete experiential learning activities such as reflection questions, recorded pitches, etc.

The two platforms were confusing and were difficult to monitor completion. Now with Allego, we have reduced the tech spend and the number of platforms we had to administer.

Getting sales reps up to speed with product training, certification process based on FDA requirements, and enabling our team to interact with a variety of systems and processes. We have a solution that is new to many in the healthcare field and given it is a DME product it requires a very detailed approach with documentation, video examples, etc.  Also, getting consistency with messaging is key so the exercises and examples provide a great benchmark to leverage.

One of the features I love most about Allego is the Ease-of-Use. The interface is intuitive, which makes it easier for the learners to be more engaged, instead of taking time to figure how to navigate or use the platform itself.

The only downside to Allego is they don't have enough smart panels! However, the current set of smart panels is great and flexible.

With varying skill-sets and background, we needed a platform to get everyone up to speed on Technical and Sales training. It is such an great platform to work on really intuative. The support is 1st class if ever we need pointing in the right direction. Customer success team are 100% there for us and they are all so personable and easy to work with and extremally responsive.

Nothing really - but it would be great if closed captions could be in UK English and be good if you could set dates for course rather than 1 week after start etc. This has been mentioned to the team before and they said the date for courses is in the plan. There were times when I was searching for a particular item or wanted to see a particular view of the items i was interested in and I had a hard time finding the path to my objective. Allego's DSR's (Digital Sales Rooms) are the best tool I've ever used for creating personalized customer experiences. As a seller, their DSRs help me offer my prospects and clients a way to access important information they need--on demand--without delay. More importantly, because I'm able to customize the DSRs for each client, the information they need is specifc to them and easy to find--which saves them a lot of time and energy. It also serves as a competive advantage because as I add additional content, such as personalized video, and and other resources to my prospects DSR, it reengages them and gives me another opportunity to add value and build trust--which is much better than bombarding them with "checking-in" emails. As a result, the DSRs help me shorten sales cycles and close more deals.

The only thing I dislike about Allego is I wish they helped me look better on video, but they can't do it all.

Allego allows one to " go at your own pace" and review materials whenever, in preparation for cutomer calls , internal sicusssios on new products . kickoffs, and implementation of new procedures. THe quizzes challenege on to be thourough before answering . Allego allows all satke-holders transparency on whether engaglement and learning are occuring inside thei organization.
