1.) It takes too many clicks to clock in and out. It would better if this could be access more quickly. (Make it a two-click process instead of 5-6).

2.) Offer a way to edit time sheet, managers can approve or decline these edits. (Sometimes ultipro is down at the beginning or end of a shift.)

The reporting capability is very robust and with little skill you can get detailed reports. If you have more knowledge you can get incredibly detailed reports.
