We were provided with a "team" of experts in their own areas. However, they all interacted and worked with each other when the areas over-lapped. They were able to tackle any and all issues and were very responsive to questions - even outside of our scheduled meeting times. They are all extremely friendly and easy to work with! I like the personal touch. When you work with Sability you have a point person assigned to you who stays in constant contact. When there is an issue you have a real person to go to and not just a case number that will be picked up by a customer service rep who doesn't know the idiosyncrasies of your systems. Sability works as a team, as issues come up that they feel another team member has more expertise in they will reach out to each other so that you are always receiving the best information. We needed help with our Open Enrollment configuration beyond the resources available at Ultimate. Our local user group suggested to reach out to Sability. Our contact at Sability was very friendly and walked us through each step to setup six different OE sessions. Sability (David Swirnoff and team) has helped Loram with many projects the last few months. The latest one I worked closely with David on was implementing our newly acquired company into Dayforce. Great response time, trustworthy, knowledgeable, meets deadlines. Sability is great at making sure they truly understand what we are asking and will repeat the question back until they feel we are on the same page.
