Ease of access to vital employee information and tools for the user, in a simple and intuitive information. Gives specific user access to make decisions and changes as necessary. Love that employees can quickly access their personal HR and pay information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way PTO availbility is set up is very confusing for both employees and managers. And there is not visibility on cancelling/rescheduling for the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I currently use ultra pro with my current employer to view paystubs, complete annual enrollments and submit any changes related to payroll. I've also used ultra pro with a past employer for clocking in and out during work hours. I really enjoy the ease of using this software and like that I am able to access the website outside of work.
