Customer service has been rough - lack of response, cases closed before actual resolution. Struggle with some of our initial set up and its costly to make changes to configurations we didn't get consulted with to set up. Some of the tools they offer don't have enough training on how to start using them from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Specially regarding additional jobs; there is no effective dating, no job history or comp history.. it feels like it was an after thought and never given the feature set it needs to be a industry leading solving for multiple job employers.

Once you complete your performance review and send it or approve the review and send it, as a manager, it doesn't let me know what stage that review is in (waiting on the employee, waiting on me to approve). It would be nice to have a dashboard where I can see the state for each employee. I love that the software is almost fully customizable, easy to use and plugs-in with our system so seamlessly. We have just adapted to UltiPro from our previous HR software (and had an ATS built fairly recently). It has not yet launched, however through the sandbox and trial runs - it has proved to be perfect for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, right now it has served all of our needs. We had interviewed and entertained several other companies and UltiPro seem to check all of our boxes. I like the flexibility to create user defined fields. This has allowed us to be able to track things in the system that otherwise might not have been possible. I dislike very much the new CSP, it is not very user friendly at all; too many tabs, back -n-forth moving around to get to cases. No simple way to get around. And to comment on the case, be careful, you have to make sure you comment in the correct place and box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
