The majority of Atlantic's enterprise employers use UKG Pro as it has powerful solutions for large employers and works very well for multiple locations. -The amount of information that could be entered in the system

-The ability to add Goals for each employee

-The interface is not too user-friendly. A co-worker was making some changes and maybe it was just due to her lack of knowledge but the employee ended up breaking the life event link and we had to get it re created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's difficult to identify a single aspect of UKG that we actually like. We did manage to get people paid however, I would say that it was in spite of the UKG team not because of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite what they tell you during the sales cycle, there is really no single unified system. It's clear that they took Ultipro and Frankensteined it together with Kronos. The connection between these two systems often breaks and or/something that is done in Pro does not update in Dimensions and vice versa. There is no overall project manager. We had 40+ UKG consultants cycle on and off, several of whom we had to ask to be replaced as they were subpar to say the least. The amount of glitches, downtown and errors once we went live was substantial and continues to be. The transition from implementation to post Go Live support was non-existant. We had several consultants abruptly tell us not to contact them anymore as they were on our account one day, and then gone the next. We decided not to implement the ATS and Benefits modules and they did not meet even our most basic needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UKG is a one stop shop for all things HR, payroll, and workforce management. The platform is user-friendly and the site/dashboard is easy to navigate and find the helpful information you are looking for. The phone application is great for those on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not experienced many (if any) downsides to UKG Pro. Some of the pages could be built out a bit more such as the goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UKGPro is seamless!! Coming from a system that lacked usability and compatibility UKGPro has changed the way we do business in HR. The mere fact our users now have access to manage their data at any given time is huge win for us. Our day-to-day operations has improved tremendously.
