UKG is customizable to the needs of the business. We are able to implement our structure, process, and needs directly into the system. There is also a great deal of security levels you can assign to give custom access to users based on their role. Compensation management could be improved, it is extremely clunky for our organization. It works well for managers but is a nightmare for administrators to set up. The implementation team was more worried about "checking boxes" than actually completing the tasks. Constant missed deadlines (our GLI was supposed to be completed by 1/1, they didn't even open the file we sent until the end of December... AFTER I continued to request updates. I'm frustrated with the delayed response from the rapid line for urgent matters, often waiting 2-3 days for a callback. Additionally, the extended timeline for paid service requests is disappointing.
