UKG is customizable to the needs of the business. We are able to implement our structure, process, and needs directly into the system. There is also a great deal of security levels you can assign to give custom access to users based on their role. The implementation was a long process but we have fully integrated the system into most parts of our daily work. My HR team uses UKG multiple times a day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting capabilities are outstanding, the interface is user friendly for end users and administrators. We love most of the modules available. UKG continually invests in improving the product and listening to what their customers want or need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compensation management could be improved, it is extremely clunky for our organization. It works well for managers but is a nightmare for administrators to set up. The implementation team was more worried about "checking boxes" than actually completing the tasks. Constant missed deadlines (our GLI was supposed to be completed by 1/1, they didn't even open the file we sent until the end of December... AFTER I continued to request updates. I'm frustrated with the delayed response from the rapid line for urgent matters, often waiting 2-3 days for a callback. Additionally, the extended timeline for paid service requests is disappointing. I believe paying customers deserve a quicker turnaround, ideally within 7 to 14 days for their requests to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
