The least helpful feature of UKG Pro is really the support model. Calling into their Rapid Response line is very rarely rapid and sometimes follow-up on issues does not happen without the customer's input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not too much we don't like. Of course, there are always wishlist items or functions that they don't offer and we wish they had but nothing worth calling out. I love UKG because there are so many functions wrapped into the program. You can look up former/current employees, see your pay deposits, analyze your PTO, use the recruiting gateway, onboarding gateway, and so much. It is absolutely a 1 stop shop!
