It has the ability to SSO into the platform, however, the 2FA leads a lot to be desired (ie. SMS does not work, at least not here in Australia. Maybe for US-based clients, this could be a great system, however, it is not APAC friendly at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where to even start?
- Shocking Ui that is not intuitive at all
- Even after lodging multiple support tickets with their team, we still have managers who cannot see their staff details, however, are able to see the rest of the company (including pay details). Just not the people reporting to them!

UKG is continually rolling out new features and values feedback and suggestions sent in by customers. That's reassuring as a customer. Customer support. I've been with my organization for over 4 years and my support interactions are always the same. When I create a case I detail out the problem, the things I have already tried and have not worked, and the response I ALWAYS get back is to try the things I already told them I tried.
