Support is great, if they can answer your question on the first contact. I've experienced disconnects when a case has to change hands or move to a different group. I do not like that we were sold and that we would get all the updates as a customer. But that is not true. We do get updates, but there are new platforms, and we are not on those and our platform is not getting updated. What we specifically liked about then UltiPro, was the fact that we would keep getting updated programming and would not be left behind. We are left behind. Our time-keeping system is old and not getting updates. If I try and figure it out for myself I can't, or I can't get anyone who can help me. The HRIS and Core are the same. I like having HR data, recruiting/onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, performance management, and tax filing all with one provider, even though there are multiple modules. Especially since the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos, there are so many versions or iterations of similar things (such as timekeeping solutions) and the names are the same or similar. Sometimes it seems that I have to explain what solution I'm using to the customer support team multiple times and get passed around from person to person before being able to resolve an issue. We chose UKG Pro because of the UKG people we met with throughout the selection period. The salespeople and their teams were so informative, honest, caring, responsive.
