Sometimes support for all the different parts of the system don't talk to each out. You have to open a case with Core and UTM to get some issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UKG Pro?

Payroll processing happens in real-time, no more waiting for long periods of time for results to calculate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

Having to reconcile our paycheck account. Ceridian would debit one lump sum per payroll from our account to fund the checks, but Ultimate does not offer this service. Having the checks draw from our account has created a very manual process which is a step in the wrong direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro:

You definitely want to be as involved in your implementation as possible. Do not expect that your consultants will do all the work 100% correctly the first time. You are the expert and need to check and test everything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to consolidate 8 payrolls into 4 which simplified processing as it eliminated many duplicate steps. I love being able to configure changes on my own without having to contact support or worry about creating inconsistencies between our system and a mainframe. What do you like best about UKG Pro?

Love the ease of use and availability of the SAAS model. Training is also like nothing I've seen with any vendor over the years. Ultipro is a world class solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

I wish UTA was part of Ultipro. The separate BI solution and the integration are a hassle at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great product, great company to work with.

You do need to be aware of an old citrix client that is still used. Also the UTA is basically a separate system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UKG Pro?

1. Very easy to use. it takes very short time to get train on the software.
