The most impressive thing I enjoy about Comeet is the ability to get applicants through workflow so efficiently. We have the ability to customize it to the needs of individual hiring managers, which gives them the ability to push things through without waiting on HR to do their part. Implementation was seemless with an amazing support staff who answered questions quickly, and trained our hiring team on the system so well, it became really straightforward to use on a daily basis. It also integrates so nicely with other systems we use, and the reporting is so helpful as we make our annual hiring goals and work toward making the interviewing and hiring process accessible and simple for applicants and managers. Nothing. Each time an issue arises, it is quickly addressed by our amazing support team. There have been a couple processes that had to be adjusted, but the support team helped us customize the system to work with what we needed to make those adjustments minimal. What I like best about Spark Hire is how much time it saves and how well it keeps our hiring process organized. The one-way video interviews have been a game-changer—they let candidates respond on their own schedule, even at odd hours, which is incredibly convenient for both them and us. The integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) has transformed how we manage candidates, ensuring we always have a clear record of who we’ve interviewed and what decisions we made. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and makes us look much more professional to candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before Spark Hire, our hiring process was chaotic. Tracking candidates through emails and manually coordinating schedules was a nightmare, and we often wasted time interviewing the same candidates multiple times because we didn’t have an effective way to keep records. Spark Hire has streamlined everything. The one-way video interviews eliminate the hassle of scheduling initial calls, and the ATS keeps all candidate information, feedback, and notes in one place. This saves us hours in every hiring cycle, helps us make better hiring decisions, and allows us to focus on finding the best talent rather than managing logistics. For an IT services firm like ours, where time is our most valuable resource, Spark Hire has been a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I thoroughly enjoy the fact that candidates have the ability to highlight themselves & share the "between the lines" of their resume.
Specifically for high-volume applications, Spark hire is a great tool to help review/filter out candidates to ensure the most qualified candidates are moving forward, while still providing an opportunity for *all* qualified candidates to have a screening opportunity. In times of "urgent" fill needs, choosing to screen with Spark Hire can add some extended time to the screening process (as you must provide candidates a fair amount of time to compmlete their submittal). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Spark Hire to handle the first step for high volume seasonal hiring. It's a very easy to use tool. We love the Google Chrome extension which makes sending out one-way interview requests incredibly fast and straight-forward. We add intro and outro videos to make interviews more personalized and provide our candidates with a user guide for the process that links to many of the Spark Hire candidate resources. It doesn't currently integrate with our ATS of choice (Ashby) but the chrome extension does the trick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have recently adapted the reference request tool, and there's still a lot of kinks to work out. You can't cancel a reference request if someone backs out of the interview process and if a candidate's references don't respond to the survey, you have to re-request the candidate for their references information to send another survey. How user-frendly it is and how it can be a one stop shop for recruiting needs with all of its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downside of Spark hire is, I need more time to see what it does not help me with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After using Spark Hire for 3+ years while running recruiting for an EdTech start-up, I've seen the power it can have for a growing company.
- I ask appplicants who meet the job requirements for client-facing roles to record an intro video as the first step in the interview process. This gives me insight into their energy, confidence and presence. (I only give one question. That's all I need!)
- Saves me time! I'm able to get to know applicants beyond their resume quickly and don't have to deal with a scheduling headache since this can be done on the applicant's own time.
- Collaborative selection process. I can share applicant intro videos with the hiring manager (single video or multiple) and collaborate on decision-making of who to move forward. We've also reviewed videos again at the end of the process to remind us of the candidate's first impression.
- Effortless set up for the Recruiter. I developed an instruction email template that I send to applicants and just swap out the custom link.
- Easy to use for candidates. In 3 years, with hundreds of videos recorded, I have only had about 2 times where applicants had a difficult time using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was never able to truly integrate Spark Hire with Greenhouse (I have recently transitioned to Rippling Recruiting) in a way that worked for my process and saved me time. I'd love to have individual video links for each candidate stored in the ATS notes, but this has been a manual process for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Spark offers a platform to get a first quick look at candidates. The candidates ability to articulate their interest in the position and their qualification offers a quick at-a-glance screen process that ultimately will save time. Spark also offers a great way to stay organized during the process and to colaborate with other hiring managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of Spark is that candidates feel a bit awkward talking to no one and creating a quick video. However, at the end of the day a candidates ability to illustrate enthusiasm for a role and to speak clearly does come through even in a quick 3 min. video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about Spark Hire is it's ease of use. The customer set up is seamless and easy to manage, and candidates find it easy to use too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are sometimes some bugs that candidates find but it's usually fixed pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the UX/UI, visibility, the fact that every time I interact with one of my position, everything is customizable. There was one thing my collegue said on my first day of using Comeet: "with Comeet, everything is fixable, so don't be scared you'll mess things up!" and I still stand by that more than 2 years later. I would like to have my candidate's pictures automatically appear on their profile as soon as I upload their resume. Also, I think an Android/IOS version of Comeet would help make our job easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team uses Spark Hire for screening style interviews. By using recorded responses from candidates, it is efficient for our team to review responses on their own time, taking away the barrier of aligning schedules. The settings for candidate responses are customizable, specifially for length, think time, number of takes, etc. All of which make for tailored approaches to interview settings. Seeing ratings and comments from the interview team is helpful too. The support team is great, we get quick resposnes to requests, as do interview candidates. At times the cost is a consideration given the amount we use the platform, and some times we are contacted multiple times to upgrade in order to access more features, user accounts, etc. that are not relevant or necessary to our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
