What do you like best about Jobvite?

I love Jobvite's ease of use. Everything is pretty simple, intuitive, and easy to understand. It makes it easier for recruiters of all backgrounds, not just technically savvy ones, to get their jobs accomplished quicker and easier. My recruiters love the ability to move quickly, get screens completed, and interviews finished. The text feature is amazing, and they're really enjoying diving into the telemetry model. What do you dislike about Jobvite?

I do not like the fact that their definition of 'hire' is at the point an offer is accepted, not at when they're officially hired. So we've had to create a lot of workarounds on that. Also, the onboarding module is a lot of work, although I like it better than this new one they were thinking about going to. It just takes a lot to set it up. We struggled a little bit with the API on the onboarding side and eventually actually gave up on trying to create that API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobvite?

I like that Jobvite makes recruiting new talents easy. From resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding, everything is easy thanks to automation.

I like the social recruiting capabilities of Jobvite. We leverage on social media for targeted and personalized campaigns to ensures we attract the right candidates which simplifies talent sourcing.

I like that it seamlessly integrated with HR tools and we have integrated it with UKG and this ensures smooth data flow.
