It is very helpful to have a way to track my trucks. It is a bonus to have cameras tied into my tracking capabilities. We are using the Samsara asset tracking for all of our reefer trucks and it has been easier than other cold chain monitoring services. The website is easy to use and understand for anyone that needs to be trained. They are also very helpful when creating multiple accounts to share on the same account. The UI for the app and online dashboard is easy to use and well designed. The app is reliable and the GPS tracking is excellent. Geared to long/short haul trucking and not geared to construction ie. dump trucks, float trucks, etc.

We use this in our picup truck fleet as well and would like an option for a device that just shows the location, codes, and basic functions. It's very expensive to run this system in pickup trucks and there are too many unused tools that we don't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seemlessly Track where all my trucks are, and driver HOS. We now have Samsara Dashcams as well, and I can easily pull up driver images via the "safety" tab, which adds a lot of protection for my drivers. The dashboard is great, and easy to use, with snapshots of everyone, and as many details as I could possibly want to see. They are extremely user friendly with a simple plug and play design. To be honest, the best part is their customer service. They are always there to help and respond in a timely manner.
