**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

This product is very easy to use and offers a variety of reports for the fleet. It provides real-time tracking of vehicles and delivers clear video footage.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

The battery drains too quickly, so I have to keep it plugged in almost all the time to use it. Additionally, the dashboard camera keeps falling off, which is quite frustrating because I have to keep reattaching it.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

I do not like this company at all. They are by far the worst company I have dealt with.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

This review will likely not get posted considering the reviews here are far from what I have read on google. BUT, This company is the worst I have ever worked with. We have been back and forth with Azuga for 10months on all of the issues with their equipment. We have had 0 resolution from their support team and have had to figure out 99% of the issues on our own. 

My advice would be to NEVER use this company. They were and still are very responsive when it comes to selling their product with all the spam emails, but you will wait DAYS and in my case WEEKS before getting a call back when you have an issue with their product. When you finally do get a call back the person will have little to no knowledge about their own products and will keep guessing as to what is wrong. They will throw it back on you that it is installed wrong, then to find out that you never got the correct equipment in the first place. (NOTE: if your truck runs a PTO you need a completely different device). Once you install the "correct" devices the amount of "false alerts" will increase 10 fold. We have tried to test the system by purposefully jamming up our brakes to see if it will trigger an actual event, it doesn’t. For the month of April alone my system has thrown 770 alerts, of which 60 were either correct or could have been a close call. The majority of the alerts are when my truck doesn’t even have a driver in the cab. 

I am currently waiting for a response on my refund, I was promised I would have a response by the end of the day for the last 3 business days…. My guess is that they are going to refuse my refund and I will have to get my lawyers involved.

Azuga was supposed to help me do a lot of things, at this point I have had 0 help with anything.

It is great to know where all of your fleet is located at any time. We are a public utility, and during an emergency we utilize Azuga Fleet to identify the closest vehicle to respond as quickly as possible.

I wish you could track the used route better if you are trying to figure out where that vehicle was at a certain time.

Suga Fleet helps me identify all my potential driving areas that need improvement, such as speed and erratic driving.

It doesn’t take into consideration when someone pulls out in front of you and you have to brake really hard, which obviously gives you a ding on hard braking.

What I like best about the APP is It is user friendly and has ease of functionality. I believe the APP is applicable to any number of Driver / Delivery Route needs and would recommend the APP for other companies.

There are some technical issues with the mapping and orientation of the designated routes. The mapping can reorganize the pins frequently too, especially when adding new data.

I do not like that the camera will not work without someone connecting it to the vehicle.

In case I need to connect to a certain vehicle, Azuga also keeps track of the vehicle I had used in the past. All I need to do is match the unique identifier to the vehicle I'd be using at any given time.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

We have been using Azuga for the past 3 years.  The features have been helpful in providing alerts and video footage to capture events that has help us in recognizing concerns as well as releasing us from liability in such cases.  I have great support and whenever I have questons or concerns, I get a response within 24 hours and my concerns are rectified or information provided to meet my expectations!

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

We do get some "disconnect" issues with the system on a few units but they are resolved in a resonable amount of time or able to get replacment devices when necessasry.

It assists us when incidents occur by providng evidence or proof to validate that the incident occurred and validate the information provided by the driver or witness.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

I love the detailed reports that I can run for a verity categories. I'm also able to see live camera footage from assets and easily download past recordings. 
I love how user friendly the software is. It's easy to navigate, easy to run reports and easy to pull video clips. 
I access the dashboard at least three times per day and it gives me a very good summary of the trips. 
The hardware was easy to install. Luckily, there was good instructions that came with the cameras and by the third vehicle it only took about 10 minutes. 
I only had to contact customer support one time in a year and that was for a billing issue. Luckily, the issue was resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

One drawback is that I wish that I could receive alerts on my phone when certain parameters are met, such as speeding.

Azuga Fleet has helped me keep track of my employees and monitor their driving habits. Since it has been rolled out productivity has increased and "break time" has decreased.

I am able to locate where my drivers are at all times. I have needed to "find" them during the day to see which driver was closest to a client that needed immediate service & didn't have to make numerous phone calls to find out where everyone was at. Has saved me alot of valuable time & money.

Azuga makes it easy to keep track of a large fleet of vehicles. Can do custom reports and get real time data. No need to worry about where you vehicles are located because they are easily accessible on the mobile app.

If vehicles are not driven or in storage the modules drain your battery.

Azuga allows me to track multiple trucks. It allows me to replay a trucks specific route, so i can retrace his exact route. We switched to Azuga because it was far more affordable then other competitors.

I would like if there was an option for the drivers to have access to a eDVIR or lod books on the app. Could there be an option to add a driver without providing an email address?

It has allowed us to set geofields and alert us when certain trucks leave the area. Being able to see how many miles a truck travelled is a valuable source to help determine logistics.

The vehicle tracking was accurate. Being able to see the codes from the engine is very helpful when sending vehicles in for maintenance. The units are easy to install.

The cameras are good, but expensive to add on and not very feature rich when compared to competitors.

The Azuga Fleet platform has been one of the best decisions our company has made to manage our fleet. We are currently using the GPS data loggers as well as the safety cams. The combination of these two products allows us to know the location of any vehicle in our fleet that is in motion or parked. The AI Safety dash cam has provided edudcational opportunities for our drivers to become better drivers and also provides video coverage in the event of an accident. When I have had to speak to anyone from the company from their sales team to the support team, the experience has been helpful and easy to navigate with solutions that work being provided on the first call. The amount of data someone can see from the data loger capture is customizeable and can be utilized for specific needs of your business.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

Currently there is an upgrade happening to the platform that has been somewhat difficult to navigate. I think that this has been a difficulty for us because of our timing to adopt the platform. Even though this has been a frustration at times, the staff has been great at receiving feedback and suggestions for improvements and features that we might like to see.

I am able to see where drivers are at all times along with knowing if they are speeding. My favorite part is that I can add in when services are done on a vehicle and that azuga will remind me when routine services need to be done again so oil changes and other services don't get forgotten about. Azuga offers training and the trainer I had was wonderful and showed me the in's and out's of this program and how to utilize all the different functions and options.

I can't really think of anything that I dislike about this so far. It would be nice if the GPS tracking was a little quicker but it works just fine.

Being able to see where my team is at during the day. Thus enabling me to add stops or update clients if running late. The monthly reports are very easy to read and understand and give a monthly review of drivers.

It is hard to find something to dislike about Azuga. If I had to chose my least favorite part of the program I would have to say the individual view on drivers. This is not easy to see where drivers have been as the updates are in such a large view, rather than listed closely together.

Azuga has an easy-to-use platform that won't break the bank. One of the big differentiators is the API, which allows the integration of driver data and scores into an app or reporting system, giving a seamless experience.

The only issue that we have experienced with Azuga is that there is a small learning curve on the admin side. Knowing how to set up admins who are also drivers seemed more counter-intuitive than it maybe should have been. That said, it was a small hurdle and doesn't detract from the value we have received.

Azuga solves the problem of knowing where our vehicles are and how well our drivers are doing with their driving safety. We only subscribe to the tracking devices as we don't need internal cameras but it is nice to know that they have many options should we come to need them in the future.

I use the mobile app on the go to track down employees making my job so much easier.
The alerts are great for very quick notifications. We have them set up for speed limits, device unplugging and vehicle maintenance.

On the website, your able to view the Dashboard. From the dashboard you can use the miles tab to show how many miles are left until maintenance is due. I wish that we were able to see this from the mobile. There is a history in the app, but not a upcoming or overdue maintenance.

We have 32 cars in our fleet and sometimes our drivers goof off during their shifts and takes the cars out of their designated areas or park the cars and go do whatever they want to do. The ability to view the DCS codes allows us to minimize the time it takes for a vehicle to be repaired. We are able to give the mechanic a heads up of the problem, so they can go ahead and order parts.

Not being able to see what the mileage is on a past date. When a vendor puts the wrong mileage on a work order it would help signifcantly if we could look back in Azuga and find what the vehicles mileage was on that particular day.

I absolutley love how all the information I need for each piece of equiptment that I am responsible for on a daily basis is in one easy to use application! I always have azuga open on one web browser because I go back to it all throughout my work day to finish my work reports, or to help clients locate crews based on the GPS device on their trucks. In just one click I can get a client to a crew quicker than that crew trying to explain where they are at. I LOVE how acurate azuga is, and how you can view the bread crumb report!

The live tracking and breadcrumb report are the two features I use the most. It also helps with my vehicle maintenance tracking  and it's one less thing I have to track.

The device is easly removed and should be able to install in the vehicle without the driver having access to it. I used a simular device but was built into the camera unit and the driver could not remove it.

We love using Azuga Fleet on our 10 work trucks. We are able to get up-to-the-minute GPS updates, we are able to see who our best drivers are, and, in the rare times that our technicians get lost, we can give turn-by-turn navigation to them! The video feedback we get is amazing as well!

There are times that the long wires get kicked loose by our drivers and we lose navigation but it is a quick fix to have them plug their cords back in to the OBD.

It's very easy to use and no training is required for both admin and users (supervisors/drivers). The system is fast when you check the record. There are many different built-in reports and you can request custom reports to be delivered to your inbox. Besides the standard tracking, Azuga also offers Safecam, Rewards, and Maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

It's not possible to save "standby" vehicles in the system. Every vehicle must map to one GPS tracker. This might work for most companies but we have a couple of special-purpose trucks which are used less than a handful of times a year. All our drivers have been assigned to a dedicated GPS-tracked truck. It would be helpful if those special-purpose trucks can be saved in the system without a dedicated GPS assigned to them. When we need those special trucks we can move the GPS tracker from the driver's regular truck for one day. I understand this is a unique requirement because we don't GPS track 100% of our trucks.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The alert function will improve driver safety significantly. For example, the posted speed limit alerts have changed our driver driving speed. There are some other helpful alerts such as seatbelt, collision detection, and sudden acceleration.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

I love how the software is easy to use and helpful in monitoring everyone in fleet. It also is helpful to make sure our employee was at the correct address and helps to know how long they were there. With the enhanced driver education and alerts it has greatly increased safety of our drivers and entire fleet. The ability for drivers to see others scores also brings out some healthy competition.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

I have no complaints about Azuga. If there is any issues our representitive is quick to respond with the help and guidance we need to solve any issues. The Coach side of Azuga is the biggest issue we have faced. They are not as responsive as Azuga representitives and takes a long time to get an answer or a fix to problems.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With real time alerts and driver education our overall safety score is better leading to better drivers and also lowers insurance rates.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

Allows me to accurately track my fleet and manage my staff levels based on where my people are at any given moment. Has helped us multiple time locate a vehicle that was at the shop or teams switched vans.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

There are not many downsides. One suggestion would be possibly showing a street view when hovering over a vehicle location so I do not need to keep maps open in another tab.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of being able to maintain a client base of over 60 clients and 200 staff getting everyone where they need to be in a timely fashion and having a vehicle ready and waiting when needed.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

It is easy to track my employees to verify that they spend the correct amount of time on each job and that they also do not use the work vehicle for personal use.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

It seems like the hard breaking and sudden accleration are too sensitive. Also, we have had azuga units stop working for no apparent reason.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Determining correct locations of pest technicians to make sure they are at the correct house.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

The main dashboard is like one-stop shopping with all your data presented to you in an easy to understand format. And the granulaity of the dta behind the dashboard is very impressive and helpful.Also Azugas integration with other technology such as their on-board webcams.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

The tabublar data could be more customizable. Also (a small wish) would be to please have a Dark Mode option available, particulary in the Live View. Otherwise no issues.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Azuga platform allows me to manage dozens of Vehicles of differing types and purposes with very little effort. The real time email notifications are particularly helpful.

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

I like how easy the software is to use and how helpful it can be in monitoring and predicting certain things. We have a better idea of how long an employee should take.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

The only downside I could think of is the device is rather noticeable, so If we wanted to discreetly monitor employees that is quite difficult; however, we just tell them it is for insurance purposes.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track and locate employees quickly and effectively without even telling them. We do not utilize all of the features however it is really interesting to see how the employees behave while driving

Being able to see my employees locations, and knowing that the vehicle they are in is in good repair and not violating laws

Trying to access Azuga via mobile or a tablet version, I would like to see an app instead of just a web-based app that doesn't always fit well

**What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?**

The accuracy of the information on the branch fleet. This also assists us with being more efficient as a company. We can route our technicians more productively every day.

**What do you dislike about Azuga Fleet?**

The Azuga devices seem to be more sensative at times than others. We know this because we have had the same drivers in multiple vehicles to verify. This is the only deficiency we noticed in the branch.

**What problems is Azuga Fleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency issues/productivity issues. It is also assisting us with "no call no show" customer complaints. We also can see how many tehcnicians we have on the road when after hours services come in.
