What do you like best about Samsara?

The Samsara Platform is so user friendly, however if there ever any issues their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!! They are so quick to respond and they take care of my issues with my first attempt! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quick customer service is sometimes lacking. We often need problems addressed quickly. Their AI support is not great and our representative can be slow to reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

The Accuracy of the locations of my fleet is amazingly spot on. The software is very easy to use and navigate. It was very easy to implement and has been fully integrated into our daily workdays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't anything that I have encountered while using Samsara that I would say is downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

The camera system is great, and we get real time alerts on our drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

99.9% of the time, the speeding is incorrect. The system doesn't detect speed limit signs, it's going off Google maps. So, if there is an old construction Highway job, the system may think the limit is 35, and you're on a Highway doing 65.

It's created a lot of work for me to go back and review/investigate every incident because the system can't be trusted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
