What do you like best about Samsara?

The quality of the products, both in trucks and around the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

Accounting - the invoicing is not clear. Getting support to make sure the units are still active and not traded in is an issue. We received no credits for a solid year. Not able to talk to anyone on the phone and have to email and response will occur in days. Sales rep is not helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Samsara?

Sometimes the system identifies the passenger as the driver of vehicles when using dashcams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

I really like the ability to customize what notification I receive and how often. I want to know about safety factors as they happen and Samsara provides that. I also like having the GPS mapping tool, we've had some issues with the software on our tablets so having a backup is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

My only issue with Samsara in the past has been being able to connect with someone for billing questions. In the past it seemed like I was being passed around. The problem has been resolved though over this past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted camera support to protect our drivers. It has helped us in incidents to show what has happened both outside and inside the vehicle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy is to find assets, see location speed. So much info you can look at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
