Samsara is great to keep track of all our employees on the raod. My favorite feature is the AI where we can see who is driving which truck. It was a very easy set up from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because I'm an administrator I set up new drivers so it would be nice to be able to view the driver's password - sometimes, especially for infrequent drivers, they forget their password so instead of always making a new password I'd personally prefer to see a "show password" button in the driver profile. The products work very well. We use GPS in all of our trucks, currently, and whenever there is an issue (which is rare) support sends a replacement almost immediately. Account Reps call periodically to check in, have concise and helpful training while you onboard, and make themselves and teammembers available immediately upon request. Samsara has a cutting edge advantage over others in the industry. The continue to create the most useful products and updates for any companies needs. The dash board is by far easy to use and navigate, creating reports is only a clik away and super reliavle and accurate. Customer service is top notch and always helpful. Only complaint I would have is it would be nice if they would let you pick different Icons for different equipment. For example if I have a Semi truck I should be able to have the icon as such vs a Cat Loader. Some choices would be nice, maybe in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
