The user interface is clean and I am glad they have a way to navigate through the menu with search. **What do you dislike about Samsara?** The user interface, while clean, is overcomplicated, and I often have to utilize the search feature to find common menu items such as billing. The reports are helpful, but not as customizable for someone like me who cannot use API. I also had to reach out to the support team to get the limits increased. I enjoy seeing where the vehicle is going in real time, and I appreciate the safety features that document different violations with accompanying video. This allows me to walk through what happened in real time with drivers. I also find the initial setup very easy. **What do you dislike about Samsara?** We struggle to get drivers to sign in and sign out at the end of each day. Notifications prompting them to do so when the app notices that they are no longer on route would help. **What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Samsara to track vehicle routes in real-time and historically. It helps identify safety violations, ensures operator and rider safety, and assists in resolving complaints with video documentation. ### 48. I am anxious to see what new tools they develop in the future to further enhance their performance and reach. **What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real-time tracking in our industry is paramount to strong customer service and overall driver safety. While the detection isn't always accurate through AI it offers opportunity for review and discussion. Being able to coach through visuals is a helpful tool for both operations, safety, insurance benefits, and drivers. The reporting aspect is helpful for meetings providing opportunities for correction/coaching. Samsara is forever evolving and allows for feedback which we appreciate as a business. **What do you dislike about Samsara?** the constant notifications/emails to safety. AI isn't always accurate. The drivers do not like that it's always talking to them and find the voice feature distracting. **What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identifying safety concerns and repeat events.
