What do you like best about Samsara?

The alerts and notifications when there is a violation is top notch! It has helped us in coaching to be a safer company and has helped in legal matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

As of right now, there is no downside other than when switching trucks the unit itself needs to be switched and the double sided tape does not come with it . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

I love the tracking and everything we can see with our carrier while they are out on the road. Very easy to move around and track things with in depth modes to really dive down into one truck speficially. All the features and add ons you might need for in the future. HOS tracking and the reporting features in Samsara are far superior to their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

The only issues we have had is the system telling us our subscription is going to expire when it is not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fleet Maintenance was a pain before we got Samsara. Now we can track our trucks and preventative maintenance which in the long run is saving us money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

Samsara is updated frequently providing the best technology with AI integration. We dont even utilize all the features that it comes with. A very good system to keep track of a fleet with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

My only issue with it is the 3-5 second lag versus real time. And the intervals between still pictures. Sometimes can go up to 10 mins with out refreshing the "current picture" for the in and out cameras Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Samsara is one of the main ways we track our fleet it gives accuarte gps coordinates. Samsara has helped with accident claims via the download video portion and saftey reporting. Notifies us when a driver is not driving appropriately (ex. Harsh brakes, speed limits, collision warnings.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

Samsara is very user friendly and I feel like I am always finding a new feature the more I use it. Our drivers find it easy to use on the app as well. It makes our communication with each other easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of such a good product is that they set the bar really high for everyone else.

What do you like best about Samsara?

Samsara has been very easy to use. Our drivers have had limited issues using the devices and the camera option for us has been very useful. The dashboard for the dispatchers and saftey maintenance crew has also been very straight forward and has offered us so many ways to utilize the program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is costly, but at the end of the day, the benefits outweigh the costs associated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
