I like the user friendliness on the driver app for our drivers. The more effeicient they are they better the company does Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that orgainizations cant really customize3 more of the setting within driver app and dashboard. For example, drivers having to pur in trailer numbers everyday, we would llike to have that set so they only have to change the trailer number when they actually change trailers. The trailer number inputted for a log the previously carries over to the next dags log. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We felt an extreme lack of support to the point we had to leave Samsara. Were talking months without a response and being ignored by our account rep. I have never seen anything like it in all my years. Really wish we could have stayed with you all. We even requested a new account manager 5 times and no luck. The most obvious is the real time tracking but the additional resources are great as well. We use almost every feature they offer. Being able to have real time feedback on safety is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Samsara is powerful, certain features—like video capture and some advanced analytics—can be challenging to navigate, especially for those new to fleet management software. I’m not a fan of the three-year agreement. It feels monopolizing and devalues the product, especially since I can save up to $10 per unit per month by signing a longer contract. The product's value isn’t changing, just the commitment length Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is extremely helpful to have so many variables tracked all in one place. Everything updates quickly within a timely fashion and really helps streamline internal processes. I am able to report on safety concerns, driver location, and if we are keeping up with all company requirements. Every day Samsara makes it seamless to complete my tasks. from giving trucks the proper directions in real time, to getting mechanical status of the trucks and seeing daily routes, it has been a huge help in daily operations. getting any problems handled through customer service has been easy and they are very quick to handle the problem.
