What do you like best about Samsara?

What do you like best about Samsara?

The GPS system is helpful in tracking traffic violations and safety patterns providing supporting footage in the case of a ticket and tracking labor. Portal is pretty easy to use and we use it on a daily basis for our trucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

The inside camera should be less conspicuous and harder to remove or block. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

I can monitor multiple departments from one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

I've had issues in the past with screen loading but that has since been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to monitor both the delivery and warehouse departments on one platform. Not only can I monitor our trucks location but I can also monitor the daily progress of our delivery drivers. What do you like best about Samsara?

What do you like best about Samsara?

Customer service is as promised! In my experience with other providers, soon after a deal is signed you'll never hear from Account Rep until renewal time. Not at Samsara! Every resource is provided to customer from the word go. Samsara team members are subject matter experts and problem solvers. If the person you're dealing with can't help you or answer a question they go to the end of the Earth to find the person that can. Every Samsarian I have encountered brings enthusiasm and professionalism to every interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

A mobile solution for renatl trucks that could be deployed quick and easy would be helpful. Currently, process to move a gateway and camera is cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too many added value features to list all. In my role the two big ones are ELD and cameras. Samsara gives us actionable insight on our drivers safe or unsafe behaviors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

Samsara has the easiest and most flexible, user friendly system. The system has thought of everything, any angle you may wish to approach, always staying compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

I do have to mention i have had issues with representatives completing a renewal process on time. To the point we had drivers on the road with non functional ELD's, risking our company's reputation and safety score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It won't take long for you to know more about their system than theri in house tech support but it is easy to correct any issues you may encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
