Samsara is easy to use, the live data is great for tracking and planning deliveries, and the POD option makes it easy to keep deliveries on file. It was easy to install and get everyone on board. We use it every day. It is nice to send customers the link when our driver is en route, so they can ensure someone is there to accept the delivery. Our company utilizes Samsara mainly for tracking & locating equipment, but it's used for Log Systems occasionally as well, and has a fairly easy system to teach and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is slow to respond and when they do, some answers aren't able to answered so they forward you to "someone in that department" who still doesn't know the answer. So they forward you again and again until they just tell you they'll be in touch with you shortly . . . . . but they never call or email back leaving you frustrated.
