I like the integration with navigation apps on my phone to make it easier and quicker to input an employees location and go straight to them! it is extremely easy to use and very easy to implement into a crew. i use this app daily and the times ive needed support the customer support has been very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service is horrible you need to wait at least 24h to get an snwer and it will be the same for each reply you give... I am currently waiting on a refund that I presented 1 month ago for a payment that have been took on my credit card even if I paid by direct deposit...
The facturation system is also pretty desappointing as it automatically billing stuff without us knowing it... And again when you aks question about it you better be patient it took me 2 weeks to get to know what was the invoice for...

As a driver i like how it breaks down all of the saftey scores and keeps track of all the miles. Its very easy to navigate as well. I use it daily and never have any issues to were i have to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The detailed and accurate GPS maps down to the side of the street the driver is driving on and turns while in a small street is excellent in understanding a Driver's bathing on route.

Video footage is unable to be pulled while trucks are off maybe some kind of auxiliary signal/ battery to ping the camera to activate and download.

Samsara is easy to deploy and use. AI is continuing to fulfill the requirements of the trucking business, despite the fact that it occasionally makes mistakes which is quite understandable. Samsara ticks the box 8/10 for me as it consistently meets most standards, however it could be better in the area of improving some of its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Samsara integration with 3rd party partners is a NO for me, thus it is concerning how Samsara verifies these integrations. It would be more beneficial to know if they truly undergo thorough testing before certifying their integration capabilities, rather than merely advertising them on their website. The trailer tracking through Samsara is a game changer! It allows for us to send our brokers links to the trailers so they can track their shipment no matter who the driver is. It was very easy to implement into our every day use! We use it every day and it even integrates with Macropoint and Truckertools so the brokers can just track using the trailer numbers.
