I really love the accessibility of the app and the information provided all in one place, the systems are easy to install, and overall helps our fleet maintain in constant comunication from driver to truck to technician. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it provides alot of critical vehicle info, i feel it could go a bit further into detail on vehicle data, such as more engine and chassis components, would absoloutley love if there was a preset timer for fault code activation to see what driver was doing 30 sec before fault and 30 sec after fault occured ( as an example) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Create Staff. Help desk is very good in solving any issues that you have with their program.
Software is very easy to use and you have a lot of possibilities.

Originally I disliked the mobile app functionality, but with the mobile dashboard upgrade it is much more useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Playback within the Fleet and Site modules is terrible. Videos must be requested and downloaded to review and many times there are periods recorded that are blank with either a green or black screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy and reliable it is to operate and the ability to view trends to help us become a better and safer carrier for our drivers and clients. Implementation was extremely easy! Their customer support is very helpful and responsive withing a timely manner. We use Samsara every day of the week to maintain proper oversight of our equipment and maintenance. I think Samsara is a great company to work with - they don't only have the dashcams and trackers and the system they also have great people who look after you if there is any trouble.
The ease of using Samsara is one reason we chose it over any other system - there is a lot to the system but everything is easy to navigate round from our users on the system to our drivers using the driver app.
Implementation is easy once the ball gets rolling. we use it every single day with the drivers completing their walkaround checks daily and also the users checking the safety behaviour on the system.

The one thing I like the least about Samara is the consistency of the support team - I think that most of the Support team workers are great there is not a consistency in what support oyu recieve.
sometimes my support ticket can go thorugh 4 different levels but then support will repeat asking me what the issue is instead of being able to see what the issue is - I sometimes end up completing the support issue with other peopel in my team before support have come back to me - this is not all the time just sometimes that is why I think it is more an issue with consistency. It did take a little getting used to when I first started using it. Perhaps a quick tutorial when you first start using it would be beneficial. Other than that, there are times it gets glitchy. For example, I'll clock in and out on my phone and even though it shows I worked my allotted hours, it'll show on my bosses end, that I never clocked in or out. If a camera gets disconnected the unit cannot upload the data on the unit in the truck. We should be able to retrieve video from the unit if the camera gets disconnected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
