What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

Some sales users have expressed hesitation when adopting the platform, likely because they’re more comfortable with other outreach systems they’ve used in the past. Additionally, the reporting functionality isn’t always as intuitive as we’d like—it can take some time to navigate and customize reports to get the insights we need. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

The managed package inside of Salesforce for Guided Selling is truly incredible. I love how easy it is to convert Salesforce knowledge into building new sequences. The automation capabilities for sequencing can be really intelligent if some foresight goes into it. I'm excited to dive into using Guided Selling to automate CS efforts like renewal. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

The interfaces for reps to organize and search through content are a little rough. It is hard to quickly get to the sequence you need if you weren't intentional about naming conventions. A thorough plan of how to manage naming conventions, determine the deletion/deactivation of old sequences, and organize the management of the template and snippet libraries is a must for a clean environment. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

The suite of tools goes far beyond the dialer. The visibility it brings to our organization regarding quality of sales activities and automating previously manual tasks is a huge benefit. What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have to rely on basic call metrics such as volume and talk time to gauge rep effectiveness. We have now been able to measure the quality of sales activities, allowing for performance coaching and analytics data regarding the efficacy of specific sales campaigns. Using a combination of CAI and moments we are also able to essentially automate the logging of call notes into our CRM which saves reps a tremendous amount of time while also greatly increasing the accuracy. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

I do wish there was an easier way for non-admin users to view agent statuses over time, but that hasn't been too much of an issue thus far. Anything else that comes up is usually resolved quickly due to their responsiveness and willingness to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

Revenue IO has significantly improved our inside sales teams processes and procedures. Adopting the RingDNA intelligent dialer, we have been able to increase volumes, eliminate missed and manual reporting errors and streamline the overall operation of selling internally.

Guided Selling has been an incredible addtion to our technology stack. The days of manually releasing email blasts, and logging each activity has come to an end. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

We would like to see 24/7 live person support. We have reps located in APAC and EMEA that occasionally will have a question or issue. They know to email support, however the response generally isnt until hours later during US business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

Our teams appreciated the seamless integration with SDFC, which greatly simplified the sequencing process. The clearly defined entrance and exit criteria removed the guesswork for our reps, ensuring they only saw sequences that aligned with their prospect's qualifications. This made sequencing much more purposeful and effective.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

I like that Rev.io minimizes the amount of clicks that my team needs to make when logging a call in Salesforce so we do not need to switch between screens and it helps us stay on top of who we need to call and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Due to our complex Salesforce structure the only aspect that we had challenges with was the out of the box reporting but our Implementation specialist and their customer support team were very helpful in coming up with a solution that could work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

Revenu.io have been a very successful platform for our sales team. I am no longer in a sales rep role, however, seeing how this system changes the way our team makes calls makes me wish we had this when I was working. One feature I enjoy is Moments. This on-demand call coaching is crucial for our sales reps as it provides help on the spot. This is great for new hires and existing team members. I also really enjoy the fact that you can view your call transcript. I think this will really help our reps when looking to improve their call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

There isn't anything that I dislike about Revenue.io, however, the only difficulty I am having is pulling calls and listening to them. Jordan has been very helpful and provided support, but I still find myself having problems pulling calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area that is really helping our reps with is sales automation. Our previous system, Vonage, was very time consuming and there was no automation so we were spending more time updating everything on our own. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

I would like the notifications on Moments to be more prominent when popping up with producers. Right now it is not in their main workflow and it can be missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Providing consistent call coaching to improve our team and individual performance. We had a call coaching culture prior to using Revenue.io but it took hours to find the right calls and coach to them. Now a single manager can listen to relevant calls based on topic or skill and coach to them efficiently. What used to take 1 hour, we can now do in 5 minutes.
