It can be very glitchy at times , when there is a lot of calls coming in. It also is not consistent with dispositioing calls. It hangs up calls sometimes and does not keep track of all calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used a ton of different products over the years, but my favorite dialer to this day is revenue.io. It was integrated with SFDC, popped up all the necessary information I needed. My company customized it to what we needed to see that would be most beneficial to my role. Saved me time fumbling around trying to figure out what's the latest with the account and multiple tabs open. Immediately informed and automatically logged calls for me. Such a time saver! Revenue.io is intuitive, has a great complement of features, and integrates into Salesforce cleanly. Service has also been very good.
