What do you like best about Revenue.io?

I like that it is easy to merge calla and look up contacts. I love that you can have premade texts ready to send. I like that it is user friendly and not difficult to place calls or receive them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

It can be very glitchy at times , when there is a lot of calls coming in. It also is not consistent with dispositioing calls. It hangs up calls sometimes and does not keep track of all calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

I've used a ton of different products over the years, but my favorite dialer to this day is revenue.io. It was integrated with SFDC, popped up all the necessary information I needed. My company customized it to what we needed to see that would be most beneficial to my role. Saved me time fumbling around trying to figure out what's the latest with the account and multiple tabs open. Immediately informed and automatically logged calls for me. Such a time saver! What do you like best about Revenue.io?

Revenue.io is intuitive, has a great complement of features, and integrates into Salesforce cleanly. Service has also been very good. After some setting issues on my laptop were preventing me from using ear buds Satrice got everything figured out and had me up and running in no time. Thanks! What do you like best about Revenue.io?

Being able to have individual sellers go back and listen to calls they have made helps to be sure nothing is missed. As a sales leader, being able to listen in and review calls with my team is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

Perhaps this is the way that our account is set up, but I do not have a section for the calls that I made in the calls history section. It would be nice to have this to be able to quickly call back prospects right from RingDNA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Revenue.io, specifically RingDNA, sales calls were not recorded, making it difficult to provide real-time feedback to sales teams. Now that we can listen in and revisit calls after they have ended, we are much more sufficient in call reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

This software has helped to connect easily with our students, schools, and the different departments within our organization. The Salesforce integration is a time saver, allowing my team to work more efficiently. Additionally, the notification that a call has been picked up from a call queue is excellent! There have been some technical issues with being unable to log in; however, that is usually resolved swiftly. This attests to the good customer service that is provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

What I like most about Revenue.io is how perfectly its integrated into Salesforce for reaching the students I have to communicate with daily. Its also super easy to update without interrupting my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

One thing I dont love about Revenue.io are the hiccups post-update sometimes, just a delay after this update for calling my students scared me a little, but a little restart fixed everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

My only issue with Revenue.io is the freezing & the glitchiness of it. However, it has gotten better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?
