I like that it is automating or digitalizing parts of management job and giving employees visibility to their information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike some of the information screens are difficult to navigate especially on mobile device like many employees will access it on. Also employee adoption is difficult because of this. Some of the links seem cyclical but are slightly different views of the same information. Could be restructured or condensed. It is a positive and negative that managers can't adjust employee time sheets. It is often frustrating for employees to "fix" their time due to the aforementioned mobile device view options.
