Learning to use Paycom has been an easy experience. The program is simple to navigate and there are tutorials to use when wanting more information. The best part, though, is the great support I have received from my both client relations representative and my paycom specialist. They are available to answer questions, spend time walking me through something new, and teach me time saving tips. Working with Paycom has been a great experience. The sales engineers and customer support teams that I've worked with are all very knowledgeable of the product and were all very willing to help teach me how to use the tool. Every question I've asked has been answered thoroughly, accurately, and with a quicker response rate than any other company I've worked with. The tool itself is fantastic. It was clearly built with customer usability with nearly all use cases of the tool feeling simple (which is a hard task to achieve with software development). It's also clear that the entirety of the tool was built in-house as opposed to pieces being purchased from other software companies and poorly integrated into the product (as is the case with many payroll tools). I have only one minor complaint. The default text used in some of the checklist steps feels like it was written by a software engineer and isn't consistent in tone or tense (past vs present).
