I dislike some of the information screens are difficult to navigate especially on mobile device like many employees will access it on. Also employee adoption is difficult because of this. Some of the links seem cyclical but are slightly different views of the same information. Could be restructured or condensed. It is a positive and negative that managers can't adjust employee time sheets. It is often frustrating for employees to "fix" their time due to the aforementioned mobile device view options. The thing I like best about Paycom is its capability to give employees the option to punch in at any work location, regardless of whether or not a time clock is near. I would recommend this to cafeteria/catering jobs, where employees working in multiple locations without a time clock could occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Paycom is that the desktop version of accessing it is not very streamlined, and it makes the same user sign in multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It looks more cramped all into one tab. It would be better if they used more color to help distinguish between Hours, PTO requests, HR training, and stuff. Also, I think its weakness is on the notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use of Paycom. I can access it easily either on my phone or computer at work. I will admit that some functions took a bit of getting used to (like remembering to log off after punching in to avoid duplicate punches), but I find it really effective now. I haven’t come across anything I would consider a major dislike, but I understand that as Paycom continues to grow, maintaining that same level of personalized support can be a challenge. I like the ease of use and simplicity of Paycom's design. I rarely, if ever, have trouble finding what I'm looking for. It doesn't slow me down when I'm trying to find something or figure out how to do something. I don't have to ask someone for help or Google the answer because it's easy to find what I'm looking for without outside help. The initial setup was also easy and simple for me. The only thing I find annoying about Paycom is that it signs me out every 30 minutes due to inactivity. The previous system we used would allow me to stay logged in for an entire shift, which was more convenient, but I can see why they would log me out after a certain amount of time because of security reasons.
