I thought the impelmentation for Paycom was going to be more dificult. I had a great transition team that made eveything flow smoothly.
Overall, it is easy to navigate. A big plus is the onboarding in the system. No longer having to manually enter everyone's information into the payroll system saving time. We like that the employees are now responsible for submitting their missed punched and time off requests. Also, with the ability to send our employees their check detail for review before finalizing payroll we have been able to make corrections before finalizing the payroll, so they get paid accurately. The amount of information available to our employees now compared to our previous provider. It is like the curtain to their time and attendance, pay, and everything else was finally removed. Their customer service is top notch, and very responsive to any inquiry we have. Our integration of Paycom was smoothy then we originally thought, and our transition team made it so much easier. We are constantly at or above a 98% Direct Data Exchange rate, which has taken all the extra workload off the HR department. The features that are offered are far superior to what we had in the past, and we are finding out that Paycom integrates with almost all the benefits that we offer which help to reduce even more workload. Couldn't be happier with our transition from Paychex to Paycom. Everything was so easy thanks to our onboarding team, Haley B. & Peyton K! They were always available, proactive, supportive, and gentle with us toward anything we didn't understand right away. I was shocked at how quickly they got back to us and how knowledgeable they were when we had questions. I felt the Paycom benefits specialist we were assigned could have communicated more independently with our new 401K contacts: Human Interest, suggested by Paycom. It wasn't a big deal though, we helped make sure they were on the same page as we went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paycom live reporting is an excellent tool for labor, time and cost allocation. The reporting package provides granular detail that can be manipulated to reflect multiple levels across all departments. We use Paycom everyday to view various different reports. The time keeping feature is an exponential upgrade for our organization. The customer support to date has been very supportive making the integration a walk in the park. Our company went from using paper for all things HR & Payroll to using Paycom. The implementation process has been amazing. The customer support! You cannot ask for better.
