Our rep is awesome! Always helpful, friendly and quick to respond with any issues we maybe having. I never feel like I am being passed around to different people to resolve an issue. We are using Paycom on a daily basis and the sytem is very easy to use. The resources/help center is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The versatility of the HRIS system, the implementation process and specialists, the ease of Paycom, and the usability of Paycom. We often use Paycom, and the intregration was almost seamless with all of our emplyees. Any questions that we had, or issues that we ran into with the different features of Paycom, were quickly identified and handled by our implementation specialists. The one area of improvement would be with submitting expense reports for others. Part of my job description is to create and submit expense reports for supervisors. There are options, but if there was a smoother way to complete them (without extra information that may or may not be available to me and others) - it would be greatly appreciated!

Paycome satisfies many of our needs. Based on experienced with other HRIS systems, Paycom appears to fit our business better than most. I can't associated what i like to any one particular feature, but the sum total of the tools seems to be the best option for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy using Paycom's app because its easy to navigate to find what I need. Keeps it very simple. The home page can get you to any of the features pretty easy, while also giving you all the information readliy avaliable. I can view my paystub easy and also put in expenses, PTO, and view my hours. I like the clean interface that makes it easy to see information. Some systems feel cluttered which makes it hard to see everything at a glance. It is also helpful that they have continued to build it over the years and have added additional modules where you can use it as your HRIS, rather than just payroll. While the reports product is fairly easy to navigate, I find there are many reports I would like to run but I'm not able to figure it out. I also feel like I don't have as much control over the data and how it is set up, vs a software like Dayforce that is highly customizable but may be better suited for someone with more tech experience. The only upside I have is the 800# answers most often without a long wait. Finally have a rep who has stayed with our account longer than a month or two. He is good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been partnered with Paycom for almost 2 years now. The struggles have been endless since onboarding with them like how they set us up, APIs, and the list goes on. We've discussed our unhappiness with their service with them multiple times to work on resolution. When I felt like we were in a silo and not getting the help we need, I've extended our communication to outside our pod. We had a big discussion but ultimately ended up in the same place of frustration. We've changed specialists multiple times due to lack of service and the knowledge of our assigned contacts. We've been reasonable partner despite the struggles and stayed with them, and even expanded more into the HR area. At this point it's very clear they are unable to improve. We've had issues with all aspect of Paycom. They've set us up incorrectly initially, they botched important pieces of some big changes we asked them for, we've had to pay for a 3rd party contractor to help us untangle the mess and navigate some much needed initiatives. Their expense management tool is not intuitive. Both HR and payroll/finance have struggled trying to make it work. They do not allow you to speak with anyone on their tax team and force you to upload documents to a portal where you wait for answers for an indefinite amount of time. We've gotten letters saying we owe taxes and I will never hear anything about it, even when following up directly with my contact to find out status. After the few "big talks" we've had with them about their service, they assure us they know what they're doing verbally but then fail in execution. I've wanted to write this review 6 months into working with them, but I've held off to give them a chance to do better before revealing how they truly work.
