The best thing I personally like about Paycom is their hands on customer service team. However, the best thing for our company is their ability to help us go paperless. When we started with Paycom, we had paper performance reviews, paper time off requests, paper benefits enrollment forms, paper punch change requests, paper address change requests, and paper payroll stubs to hand out and now all of that paper is gone! The only thing I would love to see is a way to send mass text messages to our employees through Paycom like the service Textedly. If those two things could connect, I'd love it. I like that I could easily access my documents from years prior. I appreciated that I could see documents from when I had previously worked at the same company, that everything was still in one place. I also liked how easy it was to clock in and out. The user interface is easy to use. From the first time I used the application, I found it easy to navigate and find. Simple and effective. By integrating multiple functions into one platform, it allows users to find relevant information intuitively without having to jump between systems. The availability of the application is high. Paycom knows and understands our small non-profit business. Being a small business, we felt that for our previous provider we were just a small fish in the ocean. With Paycom, we have gotten to know what true customer service is. We have had a dedicated team from Day 1, and that team has been there to make the transition from ADP to Paycom seamless, even amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. JC Adams and Kellen Hannah specifically have worked with us with patience, and have gone above and beyond in many areas. All points go to the dedicated team and the feeling that the specialists know us on a first name basis.
The mobile app is a great tool, especially for managers on the go.
I love the ease of the use of Paycom U, employees have access to a multitude of resources and are able to find answers quickly.

I have yet to come across a downside of using Paycom. Processing payroll has gone from taking 3 days to just a couple of hours. 6 months in as a user and Administrator, I have found our experience to be A+.
All of the features I have used are wonderful, but I do wish that some features like applicant tracking was included in the basic package with on-boarding.
I do wish that as administrator I could submit payroll from the mobile app. At the moment, payroll can only be submitted when on a desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
