What do you like best about Paycom?

I love how you can personalize your Payroll setup to adapted to your companies needs. We have Union Employees and their pay plan per Seniority is very complexed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They don't use 3 or 4 decimals which I need for Union employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Paycom:

I have been in Payroll for over 35 years, and this is by far the best Payroll Program I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

We really like the onboarding experience for new hires. The checklists help out quite a bit and the notification messages are also beneficial. Payroll has been better as we continue as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The onboarding experience for rehires has not been as smooth as it could be. Also the PAF processes for approvals doesn't really customize to our org structure. I-9s automatically push to parent/guardian when the individual is under 18 years of age, which is a vas majority of our work force over the summer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

communication with staff is better. we now have the ability to notify our new hires to complete items, can send documents to staff and the whole employee self service has been strengthened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
