What do you like best about Paycom?

It is incredibly easy to use, both in the browser and as a mobile application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The only issue I've had is sometimes editing or changing past clock in/out punches can be frustrating and a bit hard to manipulate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our HR Department lives in Paycom. It's how we manage our in/out punches; it's where we submit and sign compliance documents, it's where we manage our time off/benefits. Really and truly, it's a great tool that has incredible utility for any size business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

My employer has been using Paycom since I started in February 2019. No problems with late deposits or anything of that nature, and the paystubs are straightforward. Everything is automatic, and I do not have to think about or put any effort into making sure my paychecks are deposited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I do not dislike anything. The paystubs did cause some confusion for a bank a while back because I am paid once per month but the paystubs show the pay period as only the last half of the month. I think this is because my employer has some employees who are paid twice per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

This question is not really applicable to me. I am just an employee and not responsible for payroll. All I know is that I have consistently been paid timely and properly, even when I make changes to, e.g., withholding for retirement, additional tax withholdings, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
