I love the use of the Manager-On-The-Go app on my cell phone where i can get in touch with any employee, see their demographics, address, salary history, etc. This enables me to make decisions on the fly and have easy access to information which I previously needed to search for on my desktop or ask HR to pull on my behalf. Employee Self-Service is the best feature of Paycom. Employees have access to all their information, including PTO balances, timecards, vacation requests, reviews, learning plans, etc. It is easy to navigate and accessible to employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
