What do you like best about Paycom?

All modules are in the same place and created by Paycom. Unlike other HRIS/Payroll systems, you typically are working with "plug-ins" to utilize different system functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

It is suitable for the price. It was easy to use, like ADP, and it made the transition very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

After the transition from ADP, many tweaks need to be made. For example, accrued vacation was zeroed out when we paid out on manual checks. We had to adjust it to zero manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

I like the ease of how each module integrates with other modules and how they're all set up similiarly.

I also like that I have one dedicated rep. rather than a rep. for each module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Not necessarily a dislike, but I recognize Paycom is catching up to their growth. However, sometimes some features aren't reasonably available when you need them. I also think sometimes the User Design doesn't make sense. For example, click buttons not being in a suitable spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are going paperless as a company with the requisition and PAF module. With this process, we can process these things more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the "data collection" capability of Paycom. It puts almost everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

We have two other "companies", I wish that Paycom could automatically link all of our companies or at least have them talk to each other in some way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Paycom:

For people who are considering Paycom, ask lots of questions and be hands-on as much as possible with your implementation. The product will only be as good as the effort you put into getting it set up correctly and the proper training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

I like that I can access all of my paycheck histories.

I like that I can update my banking preference for deposits and easily update my tax information.

I love that I can quickly view my PTO/Vacation availability.

It is a wonderful All-in-One app for my personal payroll information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I don't particularly appreciate using the last four digits of my Social Security number to log in to my account. I would prefer having the option for a personal PIN of my choosing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

The Paycom platform is robust meeting many HR functions. It can show hiring trends as well has money saved. I like that I am able to run any report I need, as well as utilize the pre-made reports. Paycom provided additional reporting for the PPE and other COVID related reporting needed for small businesses. Paycom as also streamlined my recruiting efforts by posting my jobs and helping me stay organized with my applicant tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I don't always receive the support I need to navigate the tool and utilize it to the best of my ability. Tool is robust, and there is more than one way to do things. Paycom offers a specialist to assist, however, they do not respond to email questions within the same day. You have to call to get a question answered immediately. Recommendations to others considering Paycom:

Paycom will have all the tools you need to support an HR function. Make sure your training is not rushed and you understand how to use the tools as it is difficult to get additional support later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability for my employees to correct their own time, enroll in benefits and make updates to their personal information. This has given me back time in my day. We are also able to implement performance reviews with all of our employees, which was not something we were able to do with our previous platform. Paycom has solved the problem we were having with employees clocking in and out an not being in the building. They assisted me in setting up a kiosk in our warehouse and now the employees are able to use a 4 digit code to clock in and out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
