The system allows you track candidates through their ATS system and the process is integrated into their HR data so that you can hire candidates and carry their information into the next portion of the system. Some of the system's processes are not intuitive. The system is complex. You need to understand that everything you do has a work flow and the system will not tell you what button to push next or where to set up those workflows. So if you didn't set up a workflow you might not be able to complete certain actions. For example requisition approval to post new job openings. In order to set that approval process you need to set a workflow and add that work flow to the requisition template. It doesn't automatically add it for you. Paycom is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like that I can do everything from one website instead of having to import and export data between multiple websites, which is necessary on many other payroll platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality was second to none for the comparable price range. The ability for users to access the app from a desktop, android, and/or iPhone made this software an easy piece of software to rollout to all team members in our company without any hesitation. While the software is feature-rich, the interface was difficult to navigate at first - particularly the onboarding of new team members. It would be greatly appreciated if more training materials were available, particularly for the onboarding process as well as entering time at the site level with less errors. Despite the less than perfect interace the benefits of the software far outweigh the negatives thus our team recommends Paycom for other small businesses looking to improve the human resouces procedures currently in place while also providing the offerings of many large companies.
