What do you like best about Paycom?

I can find everything having to due with my financial stuff in one place and make request all in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Sometimes it scrolls for more than a minute causing me to clock in or out late. Sometimes it does not open and I need to use alternative methods to clock in or out. Lastly, I take a 1 hour lunch but paycom flags me for being late at 45 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System Errors: Users have experienced significant problems with core functions, including incorrect employee setups, malfunctioning paid time off (PTO) accruals, and erroneous tax calculations.

"Efficient Onboarding and Compliance Management with Paycom"
What do you like best about Paycom?

I used Paycom's reporting tools to pull real-time data on headcount, turnover, and labor costs for our monthly meetings. The compliance automation with handling of taxes, ACA reporting, and regulatory updates is a big help, reducing the risk of costly penalties. Onboarding flows smoothly with automated paperwork and checklists, making it easy for new hires to get up to speed faster. It keeps all payments intact and saves time. Paycom's API is used to feed employee data into our custom dashboard for workforce analytics. The switch from isolved to Paycom was due to its strong compliance automation and easier reporting during audits. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Employee self-service pages feel a bit spread out and staff sometimes complain it's hard to find everything in one spot. I think the developers should make it easy to navigate and use by making everything easier to find in one spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

The website is pretty easily navigable. It has many useful functions for tracking my time, pay and goals. The site makes it easy to request changes to time cards, personal information, and PTO, while also making it simple to see available PTO and giving a calculator for future expected PTO. What do you dislike about Paycom?

Some functions could be implemented better or be made easier to understand. The goals system is a great example. The function is useful but the math around the percentage each goal accounts for never seems to add up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Payroll and Timekeeping with Constantly Improving Features"
What do you like best about Paycom?

Paycom is easy to navigate for Admins and Employees. I love that they are constantly updating the system features and give detailed tutorials. Payroll is easy to run and timekeeping is simple. Employees love that they have access to all of their information and freedom to change without having to fill out a bunch of forms to turn in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

To be honest there really isn't anything I dislike about Paycom. I would make one slight change with the Push Reporting feature. I wish there was a way to automatically send a link directly to the report and not have to log into the Client Inbox to review it. That's it. What do you like best about Paycom?

Having an assigned Payroll Specialist has been a great benefit. The representative assigned to our company is wonderful. She consistently goes above and beyond whenever we need something. Her customer service excels, and even if she is not available, there is always someone else on her team who is happy to help. The efficiency and level of service are excellent.

In addition, Paycom offers multiple features that make the platform user-friendly and simplify our processes. I use the platform almost every day, and I am very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

Probably the reporting options. Don't get me wrong, the reports in Paycom are great, and even if you can’t find one that already meets your needs, the Report Writer is available. However, if you are a new user or you are looking for something outside of your usual reports, it may take some time to find the right setup for the report(s) you need. What do you like best about Paycom?

Everything can be done online without having to reach out to HR for assistance. You can access tax information, payroll sheets and even log on from your personal phone. I also like to occassional training webinars that are provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The only bad encounter I have had with Paycom thus far is the punches. I thought I had clocked out and when I went to clock in the next day, I had to wait until the punch reset before I could clock out to clock back in. It was very confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, navigating between different modules feels a bit clunky, and it takes extra clicks to access certain features. A helpful change would be implementing a better search function within the platform that can quickly locate employees, reports, or settings across all modules, instead of navigating step by step.
