Paycom is really easy to use and the directions are very clear on the website. It offers ways to print out your paystub's to change your withholdings, and those are just a few examples of what Paycom has to offer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The relationships with the team that I have established over time. In addition how they handle my organizations' data. The data is held with utmost integrity which many other system providers turn and sell your team members' data. ALWAYS know/be aware of this in your contracts. Security of your teams data is a stronger/more important piece of the puzzle as the world goes more digital. Any issues I need to dig into we can easily figure out a way to work the system through features that make the system very easy to use. Customer support is STELLAR. If I am not in the system daily - I'm probably on vacation - though Paycom has an app for that! Paycom's tax team is inconsistent in accuracy and will miss payments out of nowhere for taxes which have been active for years. The tax team rarely owns up to said mistakes and puts them back on the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paycom has a lot of modules and most of our HR functions have we have been able to move into Paycom. In recent years our Paycom specialist longevity has been longer and from an HR perspective, they have been helpful and pretty quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paycom does not yet have texting capabilities for current employees, and does not use prenote for Direct Deposits so we have not wanted to allow employees the ability to enter their own direct deposit information, even though the system has that capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really wish we could set a hire date for the future without the employee being added to our payroll. For instance, if we have a payroll on 10/30, and it runs on 10/28, and I add an employee on 10/25 who starts work 10/30, they get a full pay period pay on 10/30. The recently added terminated employee process in Beti needs a major overhaul. Very confusing and never does quite what I expect. I don't like using it but when I choose not to use it Paycom doesn't end some earnings.
Some of the forms need updated to be consistent with other recent updates. Some improvements haven't been tested by an end user like me. The words don't wrap or are not visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
