It is super easy to update any personal information for payroll purposes and track time as submit requests. You can easily view payroll stubs and there is even a learning area for questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to request time off. And how it get rid of a lot of awkward HR conversations and just allows the employees to do what needs to be done. I can't think of anything that I really dislike at the moment. I do wish there was a way to do anonymous surveys through Paycom. Even when it says it doesn't record your name, I wonder because they used our email addresses to send it to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that there are more tabs for information purposes. As a PT for a company using this app now, it's nice to be able to have access to things like pay rate and be able to easily access or upload documents which I couldnt do with the previous app we were using. The only thing I have not liked is that I cannot delete an employee who may have been input incorrectly. I have used PayChex and ADP in the past, and for me, PayCom is far superior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
