As an employee, it is beyond easy to submit time off, navigate and find my pay stubs or really do anything that I am looking to do. I highly recommend Paycom as an extremely employee-friendly option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom doesn't play well with other apps. This is the platform the company has used since the beginning, and we are now looking for a new HRIS. We need all of our platforms to integrate with each other and Paycom doesn't do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like from an employee's experience standpoint, they are provided with one username login and have access to everything they need. Since employees can log in from any locaiton. The background vendor they partnered with in the beginning. I believe this has been corrected, but i still use my own vendor. I dont plan on using the Backgroun vednor paycom has now since i am fully implented with this new vendor. I am sure they fixed this issues, but i can not speak for them today. The platform is extremely user-friendly, and in the event that you need assistance, their payroll specialists are very responsive to both phone calls and emails. There are some features that do not seem to make sense or additional steps are needed to complete a single task. The good thing is that Paycom listens to the feedback and submits it to their development team for future releases. The system is always growing, modeling, and adapting to fit their client's needs. I like that Owners and Supervisors have a way to track the applicants and also the onboarding of the Employees. That is a great feature that saves our Company a lot of time. Rollover at the end of the Year on Benefits is a bit of a challenge. They do have someone that will help. That is our biggest challenge! It saves us time on employees being able to select their choices of benefits available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
