What do you like best about Paycom?

Paycom has unrivaled customer service: they provide a well-balanced team to every client who is available constantly to answer questions, provide training, and assist with setup and implementation. Coming from a platform where a customer service ticket may take days to receive a reply, it is invaluable to be able to call Paycom at any time and have someone ready to assist. What do you dislike about Paycom?

The only very small wrinkle is that the system needs some extra care when dealing with employees and contractors simultaneously. This is a minimal complaint and solely requires a different level of hand-holding with managers and system users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom has a solution for every human resource and payroll problem you can imagine, from applicant tracking to benefits administration to performance and compensation management. We utilize this software to consolidate both departments under one, cohesively structured roof, and we couldn't be happier. When changes are made to an existing employee (especially a change in departments) we have to change it in a few places - page 1, page 3 and User Access Groups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
