The one thing that we have found difficult with Paycom is that we have had several different people assigned to our account. We get comfortable with one person and feel as if we are developing a working relationship and then we have someone new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about Paycom is the responsiveness of its customer support team. I can call at any time of the day, and a person will answer my call within seconds. Additionally, they will connect me with someone familiar with my company's account so that any solution will be as effective as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is robust and comprehensive, so there is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. However, this goes away after exploring the system for about 30 minutes or so. Other than that, this is a solid and very reliable product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Paycom has its own Time & Attendance platform. You do not have to talk to third-party vendors and try to troubleshoot issues. It works seamlessly with payroll. The whole platform is very user-friendly. Paycom continues to roll out enhancements every month (such as emails for time-off approvals where you can simply click the approve button from within the email, and you don't even have to log in to Paycom). As they have grown, Paycom has dropped a little on their customer support. Overall, they are still by far one of the best customer support teams I have used across other payroll platforms. You also have a dedicated rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the ease of managing time and attendance, payroll adjustments, and employee data. It was simple to add vaccination info to each employee's profile to meet regulatory guidelines and streamline communication for all departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like once an employee has been "inactive" for a set amount of time- Paycom should archive them. I would recommend the archived employees only to be accessible to certain users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom does a great job showing me how to use their app so that I can check my benefits, my schedule, my clock-in and clock-out times, etc. the video explanations are short and sweet, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's so much functionality in the app that it can feel a bit daunting to really know how to use it. And even though the video explanations are great, finding the right video for your specific need can be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the service, easy to use and lots of flexibility. Reports are easy to build and run very fast. Tons of functions for employees and managers to use. We have a dedicate support specialist. Paycom helps us customize the system to fit our needs. The open enrollment and performance review features are so easy to use. We have gone completely paperless. Our support team at Paycom is amazing. Someone always gets back to us right away. If our dedicated specialist is unavailable, there is always someone that can step in and help. From the beginning, our implementation was very smooth. Paycom grabbed all of our data from ADP and ran with it. We did a mid year implementation without any issues. We run all of our open enrollment, COBRA and benefit information through the system. Managers are able to use the system to document disciplinary actions, performance improvement documents and performance reviews. This helps us keep everything in one spot. I can't think of anything at the moment. Everything is running very smooth. When we have issues or suggestions, Paycom is quick to react and help us get to where we would like to be.
