The Paycom system is easy to use on the administrator side, client side (for our manager) & employee side (for our staff). Payroll processing is efficient and we can easily create journal voucher import files to upload to our accounting system, MIP. We receive excellent customer service. Any time we have a question or issue, a solution is provided in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paycom releases system updates on occasion. For the most part they are great but occassionally, the update will cause some additional backend work up such as setting up workflows, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being assigned new account specialists has been an ongoing challenge. They are not adequately trained to help solve our problems or answer our questions. It seems they need more training to be truly helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes you don't always get the same support help from their support team. Some are more knowledgable then others when calling in help tickets sometimes you get "oh you can't do that" but then ask the same question and get a different answer that "yes you can do that this is how" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
