We started using Paycom in 2015 and I wish we had switched over sooner. Paycom has helped us grow from around 300 employees to 900 current employees. The customer service is excellent. I've never had a problem that Paycom can't fix. The entire employee life cycle is in Paycom and I can access employee files from anywhere. They also have a user-friendly app for the employees that allow them to access all of their information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
