The mobile app makes it easy to access from both the management side and the employee side of Paycom. For background checks it is helpful that the candidate can do the process on their own and schedule on their own time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The constant issues with background checks, candidates won't receive their scheduling links and then it takes several days to a week to receive results. Processes in Paycom were too manual for efficient use for a large company. It was not feasible to edit a manager's access group separately every time someone switched their reporting manager. Ideally their team would automatically update based on who they are assigned to in their employment profiles, but this was not the case.
