It is not a position control system (we were promised it was). The App could be much better. Felt like a different system than what we saw in the demo. Requires a lot of intervention most of the time (not like set it and forget it). We were promised multiple things during sales to be included, but after signing the contract, items were not included. Our company has used the Paycom payroll system for over 17 years. Their system allows the payroll process to take only minutes each month. The software is easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. Paycom streamlines the payroll process, tax rates, tax filings, accruals, and the preparation of W2's. There is always a payroll specialist available to answer questions. We have had very few problems arise during our time with Paycom and they were handled efficiently and professionally. Service has seen a pretty substantial decrease over the past few years. We had one rep who knew our business and needs for our first three years. Since then, we've had at least six reps over the last two years. Emails sometimes take days to receive a response, and calls are always funneled to whoever is available; I think I've only spoken to our current rep once on the phone. There are a lot of challenges with Paycom. When you do need additional help it is difficult to get it becuase their support team also does not know the answer. I like the fact they offer dedicated reps for our account. This helps when issues arise and reduceses the amount of repetition of our problem. I am not a fan of the accruals area. I feel it does not give the total picture on the front page. I think employess would like to see where they are earning their PTO on the front page and not have to drill in to get to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
