What do you like best about Paycom?

The people and the work culture, when you work there you understand why Paycom is consistently named the #1 or one of the top places to work.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I worked before Covid and after Covid hit. I would have liked Paycom to bring everyone back to work sooner than they did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

I mostly used the Applicant Tracking System. The interface was easy to use and wasn't too busy. I have used other Applicant Tracking Systems that had too much information on the screen and it was hard to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accrual system Paycom has. It didn't quite do what our company needed it to do however one of our representatives at Paycom helped us work around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom is benefitting our team by reducing the amount of time that is spent on things we were doing manually.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Easy to navigate . Paycom is easy to integrate woth other system, has a good customer support. I use it everyday for my work and it has a. number of features like texting, emailing, templates etc. Its easy to implement as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycom?

Everything is linked in one database to pull more reports and make the flow between HR and payroll effortless. If there are ever questions or issues our specialist is super quick to get back to us with answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislikes with Paycom. They are constanlty updating and improving so if there are negetive things they are normally fixed relativly soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom has made all of our payroll and HR processes so much faster. Employees having control over their information is so great. It saves us time because they can print pay stubs or W-2's that they need, and it saves so much time in corrections because we aren't entering information. The employees themselves are!
