When looking at different systems it was important to find one that provided the ease of use for both the employees and managers. It was very clear that Paycom would be able to provide that along with great customer service. The implementation of Paycom went very smoothly, the customer service that we received was top notch! The employees can view and edit a lot of their own information. They have access to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost everything. Scheduling is rigid, time-consuming, and impossible. If you have a team of schedulers that are not managers due to the permissions design in Paycom it is even more of a challenge. WOTC is confusing and was never trained, nor does it look like it is set up correctly. ACA is complicated and you have to jump all over the place to view what you need. Fixing timecards takes forever. Even though the staff is making the corrections, you have to go back and forth several times with staff to make sure the fixes show up correctly in the system. Final Payouts doesn't work. I've tried numerous times, and support doesn't even know how it works. Notifications are out of control.
It is clunky and hard to navigate. Staff struggle with all the notifications and have turned them off.
Most of these systems were streamlined and straightforward in our old software. Way over-promised what the system can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
