What do you like best about memoryBlue?

I believe we got very lucky with the SDR and Delivery Manager (who manages our SDR on a day-to-day basis) that we were assigned at the onset of our campaign. Both have proven to be hardworking, coachable, and relentlessly enthusiastic, all of which is important in the world of inside sales. Although the individuals deserve most of the credit for this, we also acknowledge that the culture at memoryBlue also played a sizable role in these consistent values displayed by those we've worked with on their team. What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

I wouldn't say there's anything I explicitly dislike about memoryBlue. Even when they were using sales/outreach tools that we thought were suboptimal, they very willingly allowed us to add our memoryBlue people to tools that we liked to use internally. I can't say anything else sticks out as a negative. When we have hiccups with things like our Salesforce integration efforts, they're always timely in addressing them, so those kinds of headaches are also few and far between. They follow data and performance of each rep very closely, the account manager is on top of their team to adjust if needed. MemoryBlue is a machine, they have proven processes that you can rely on to get the program up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about memoryBlue?

Only con is they don't work in your system (they do have a dashboard where you can see progress), but all the activities and touch points are not recorded in your system so attribution has been a little trickier.
