
I believe we got very lucky with the SDR and Delivery Manager (who manages our SDR on a day-to-day basis) that we were assigned at the onset of our campaign. Both have proven to be hardworking, coachable, and relentlessly enthusiastic, all of which is important in the world of inside sales. Although the individuals deserve most of the credit for this, we also acknowledge that the culture at memoryBlue also played a sizable role in these consistent values displayed by those we've worked with on their team. I wouldn't say there's anything I explicitly dislike about memoryBlue. Even when they were using sales/outreach tools that we thought were suboptimal, they very willingly allowed us to add our memoryBlue people to tools that we liked to use internally. I can't say anything else sticks out as a negative. When we have hiccups with things like our Salesforce integration efforts, they're always timely in addressing them, so those kinds of headaches are also few and far between.
